Job Description:
Provides nursing care to patients defined by the unit's scope of care. Under the direction of the RN, collaborates with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient's individualized needs. Work Experience: Central Market - 13300 MH Adult Consolidated and 14200 Focus Unit Only: In accordance with Minnesota Rules 9530.6450 Subpart 1-B; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least one year immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems are defined as: Receiving treatment for chemical use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements. Chemical use that has a negative impact on the staff member's job performance; Chemical use that affects the credibility of treatment services with clients, referral sources, or other members of the community; and Symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment. Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year from the date of hire.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
