Job Title: Recruiting Sourcing Specialist

Summary
The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist works as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. at the corporate headquarters in Woodbridge, VA. The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist is focused on the tasks to ensure Workforce Readiness for Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. in support of the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will support the recruiting team in the full cycle of recruiting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting/ Candidate Sourcing
Proactively Sourcing candidates based on best practices
Placement of advertisements as needed based on advertising footprint
Recommend Advertising Initiatives based on innovative methods
Serves as initial POC for vendor postings and scheduling (Glassdoor, Indeed, MSEP, LinkedIN)
Participate in Talent groups/agencies to source against designated job categories (i.e. Behavioral Health, PFC, Vocational Counselors, EAP, etc.)
Support the Recruiting team on their priorities and updating Indeed Sponsored jobs, MSEP bi-weekly hotjob announcements, and Marketing for social media postings, etc.
Support the Recruiting Supervisor with recruiting outreach tools and resources (i.e. updating templates)
Conducts outreach via email-blasts and communications to talent network and industry email lists. In addition, this includes tracking of communication success, opt outs, requests for information.
Career fair support
Researching career fairs and completing registration activities
Partnering with marketing on booth creation/finalizing
Shipping out career fair materials
Other support
Updates Recruiting SOPs as needed
Responsible for being the team SME on Recruiting Coordinator SOPs, candidate sourcing systems and training new team members on process.
Partners with outside temporary staffing agencies for temp support as needed.
Additional HR and Administrative duties as assigned
Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications

Bachelors' Degree OR, Associates' degree plus 2 years related experience, OR High School Diploma plus 3 years related experience.
6 months or more experience in Human Resources/Recruiting or related customer service/administrative experience in an office environment
Excellent organizational skills and very detailed oriented
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within given deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Proven professional experience in a fast paced working environment
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Working knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Familiarity with social media, including LinkedIn
Familiarity with basic Recruitment marketing concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Recruiter or supporting a Recruiting team
Experience with UKG Pro
