About This Opportunity Responsibilities Job Summary: Prepare high priority new restaurants for operations turn over from Construction including equipment, technology, storage, tools and training guides. Provide training and opening support. Acts as the liaison for all departments relating to the restaurant opening. Certifies Restaurant Development Centers to support market growth. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Execute restaurant opening and sustain plans for High Priority Restaurants Complete non negotiables and turnover checklist on site and prepare/support the restaurant for associate training in partnership with the Restaurant Training team Assist in final preparation and verification prior to opening and ensure restaurant is 100% functional on opening day Provide post opening evaluations, oversite and coaching of new restaurants as schedule permits Complete initial certification of RDC's and annual certification Communicate effectively and timely with field operations and other departments Collaborate with merchandising, IT, construction, and other departments with inquiries and requests. Assists with resolution to issues that are discovered during the initial setup, training and opening. Coordinate with all departments to resolve recurring operational and design issues including documentation of feedback, observations, and analysis Expert on all restaurant menu items, equipment, processes, and customer experience Ensure all food safety protocols are in place and being utilized Participate in conference calls, meetings, and or planning sessions pertaining to restaurant openings. Qualifications Education and Experience: Education: Associates/2 - year Degree or related experience Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience Management: 1+ years of management experience Certifications/Licenses: Driver's License, ServSafe Certificate Knowledge and Skills: Experience in supporting restaurant operations and strategic thinking Knowledge of Restaurant Industry, foodservice best practices Solid understanding of Food Safety Ability to plan and execute Ability to adapt to frequent change Proficient in software systems: (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.) Ability to travel, frequently on short notice for extended periods of time Strong project management skills
