Summary
The Recruiting Intern works as a full-time or part-time paid employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. at the corporate headquarters in Woodbridge, VA. The Recruiting Intern is focused on the tasks to ensure Workforce Readiness for Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. in support of the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will support the recruiting team in the full cycle of recruiting. This position is also eligible for college credit upon request.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Adding interview notes and other documents to candidate profiles in UKG Pro system after interviews
Assist in reviewing candidates against position requirements to determine eligibility for phone screen.
Initiating candidate reference checks and working with security team to submit candidates to Background investigation
Provides research support to identify methods and areas for local advertising based on the open position locations, recommending advertising initiatives and placing ads as needed
Responsible for creating and updating the position opportunities and to refresh posting dates and advertisements
Conducts online searches for candidates through various recruiting websites based on best practices
Supports Talent Acquisition Supervisor on administrative tasks, SOP updating and additional project work
Takes general calls from candidates and advises them with high degree of customer service
Management of Recruiting inbox
Additional HR and Administrative duties as assigned
Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications

Possess excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within given deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to navigate a fast paced working environment
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the areas of Human Resources/Recruiting
Experience with UKG Pro
Familiarity with social media, including LinkedIn
Familiarity with basic Recruitment marketing concepts
