Openings:
Batteries Plus Distribution Center - supporting between 170-200 associates across three shifts
This role is an onsite position at the Distribution Center in Glendale, WI
Batteries Plus Corporate Office - supporting 350 associates both onsite and remotely
This role has the opportunity to be a hybrid role with work from home flexibility and home base at the Corporate Office in Hartland, WI

Responsibilities :
Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
Provides day to day performance management guidance
Partners with the recruitment team to facilitate and collaborate with departmental managers to fill open positions.
Reviews, tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education and work assessments.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
1+ year of human resource experience
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM Certification
Working knowledge of Google Suites and Microsoft Office
