Job Summary:

  • Job Summary:

  • Recruits, interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines VIP Premium Services Team to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

  • Manage the VIP Club, be point of contact for vendors, entertainment, etc.

  • Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to staff.

  • Schedules and directs a department of 20-30 to assigned tasks and positions during an event.

  • Interacts positively with customers to maintain customer loyalty.

  • Moves throughout the Premium Seating locations and interacts with guests to provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services and obtain details about complaints.

  • Monthly meeting with Sales Team, Operations Manager and Concessions Manager.

  • Prior to the start of any event, review of box seat inventory and updating sold map.

  • Assist in set-up and organization and cleaning of box seating, VIP Club, VIP entrance, upgrade table and check-in locations.

  • Oversee VIP program operations during all events to ensure high customer service levels are maintained

  • Directing VIP hosts to greet box seat guests after arrival and following up throughout the evening.

  • Elevating the client experience

  • Assist VIP service team, as needed, with closing of open tabs at night end

  • Assist Security with challenging VIP clients and tables

  • Assist venue with clearing guests

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to maximize operational efficiency while delivering a once in a lifetime experience to all current and future client-based fans.

  • Help establish best practices and opportunity to grow this new position.

  • Accomplish additional tasks as assigned by management.
