Position Overview:
Strategic Problem solver. Team Builder, Collaborative Leader, Trusted Partner, Problem Solver, Innovative Change Agent - if this describes you, we have an opportunity for you to join the SI US Leadership team.
Reporting to the President of SI US, the Head of Strategy and M&A plays a key role in advancing the organizations strategic priorities. In close collaboration with the respective business and function leaders and a focus on cross functional/cross business programs, you will lead key strategic initiatives, facilitates projects, and ensures actions are implemented reliably. You will continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify future business opportunities or risks and serves as main point of contact and subject matter expert for relevant M&A activities. As strategic advisor, you will actively guide the incubation of new cross business offerings. As core member of the executive team, you will display a high degree of personal accountability, execution orientation, innovative thinking, collaboration, and customer focus.
This position can be located anywhere in the United States, but the preferred location is Peach Tree Corners, GA.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the SI Leadership Team to advance strategic priorities and ensure clear communication of overall strategy across and respective focus areas.
Lead high profile critical initiatives including required organizational change and act as executive point of contact for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity. Conduct research, benchmark & data analysis, as needed to identify future business opportunities or risks.
Serve as main point of contact and US subject matter expert for relevant M&A activities. Drive ongoing scouting efforts in collaboration with business units and corporate departments to always ensure solid pipeline of potential acquisition targets. Support integration readiness assessments, the development of integration strategies, target due diligence, and post-close integration management as needed and in close alignment with SI HQ and local businesses.
Lead the creation of executive presentations related to strategy topics including the development of business cases and present to C level partners and audiences.
Own information gathering and preparation for internal and external executive level reviews and meetings.
Build strong connections with key partners across SI US, SI HQ and other US operating companies.
Serve as mentor, role model for DEI and actively support the organization work force development efforts through external speaking engagements.
Your success will be grounded in having these qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience in previous strategy, consulting, M&A and/or business development roles.
The ability to travel up to 15% is required for this role.
Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success managing large teams and/or projects. Candidates with project management certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience with large change management programs.
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to engage in an influential manner with other senior executives.
Committed approach that is geared toward execution and delivering breakthrough results.
Highly motivated, self-starter that works autonomously and independently takes initiative.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, manage through conflict and drive to consensus.
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical ability.

The pay range for this position is $260,000-$330,00 with an annual target incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
