THE TEAM
As the Fan Based Marketing team, it is our mission to enable various marketing teams across Live Nation to deliver targeted messaging based on real-time data signals that deliver an offer to delight and reward valuable fans.
THE ROLE
Across the Live Nation and Ticketmaster ecosystems our Fans are coming to expect a better, more personalized experience. We are looking for a strong Marketing Operations professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on helping us to grow our fan-based marketing capabilities. Marketing Operations will be responsible for managing and developing campaign priorities, inventory allocation and coordinating with various marketing channel teams to execute campaigns and tests. We are seeking candidates who are proactive self-starters and have a proven track record of marketing operations with deep understanding of digital marketing and marketing technologies. The ideal candidate should be an accomplished professional who possesses the passion, experience, skills and abilities to help support our expanding marketing reach .
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Manage campaigns from inception through post-launch/sustain
Own and be the central point of contact for the CDP between all internal and external teams. This includes but is not limited to training and onboarding marketers, liaising between CDP and internal teams, platform troubleshooting, identifying product enhancements, ideating with internal marketing teams for audience creation, and keeping documentation up to date
Work with internal client marketing teams to execute digital media plans based on goals and available data
Work closely with Analytics to shape goals and KPIs for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement to maximize the total digital marketing return
Support a rigorous testing and optimization culture, implementing a testing framework to continuously test and optimize for incremental impact
Partner with the product team to build tools that increase campaign scale and team efficiency. This includes working with engineers to build automation, reporting and campaign management tools.
Work with Analytics on understanding data trends and performance metrics, while helping create campaign recap presentations and overall strategic guidance for stakeholders and clients
Assist in putting together case studies to promote effectiveness of Fan Based Marketing
TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years with email or paid media marketing at scale, creating and executing campaigns at an agency, in-house or DSP
Strong organizational and project management skills
Never-ending intellectual curiosity. Ask questions about processes, how things work, and what's the best way to solve a problem?

Ability to think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution, prioritizing amongst many competing demands to ensure that short-term goals supporting long-term initiatives are achieved with an appropriate sense of urgency
Creative thinker with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or company
High attention to detail, comfortable validating large amounts of data and the ability to make data-informed decisions to drive direction and alignment with leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong grasp of experimentation techniques, and critical thinking skills to improve testing implementation and infrastructure, and drive test-and-learn agenda to advance channel capabilities
Exceptional verbal and written skills - you will be the go-to person for campaign strategy - and a proven ability to influence. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success
Innate willingness to roll up your sleeves
