CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Instructor/Trainer. You will learn and train users on a replacement to to their legacy system that's been in place for many years as we migrate to a new web based HighVIEW 5 interface. You will bring a combination of in-depth subject matter expertise, as well as excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication and presentation skills. You must be able to explain difficult technical material clearly and patiently to students that have varying levels of proficiency. Candidates should be outgoing and comfortable working with diverse groups of people while maintaining professionalism at all times. Instructor/Trainers require a breadth of technical knowledge that they continually update and refresh in order to maintain subject matter expertise in their specialty field.
More about the Role :
You will be responsible for designing and managing specific training materials (content, objects, modules, or courses), assessing, designing, and conceptualizing training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training. Duties may include curriculum design, developing new and/or updating existing materials/content to meet training requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting a needs assessment. The trainer will be responsible for presenting training at customer facilities in the US.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Determining training objectives and developing course curriculums
Identifying the best ways to approach training requirements
Creating course materials, handouts, instructional aids, audio/visual materials and similar teaching aids
Develop new course content and job training aids, collaborating with various technical and operational SMEs to gather course-specific content,
Conduct in-person, remote, and computer-based training sessions,
Coordinate training events between CACI team and customers,
Maintain records of training activities
Required Qualifications:
Active TS with ability to obtain a CI polygraph
5+ years' experience
Willingness to support core hours, daily, on-site
Significant instructional expertise crafting and delivering new material to users
Comfort working in front of large and small audiences
Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with FOIA Case Management
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
Experience with Section 508 (WCAG) web accessibility
Familiarization with software development cycle, including Agile methodologies

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
