Together, let's embrace possibilities and change lives! The Corporate Compliance Department Project Analyst will support projects that further compliance program initiatives. The ability to work in a high-pace and high-volume work environment, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, superior organization, and project management are necessary for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day project management assistance; effectively planning, coordinating and directing project related activities for multiple concurrent regulatory compliance projects.
Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications for assigned projects.
Develop databases or systems for tracking, analyzing and reporting various regulatory compliance related activities.
Assist with communications and training on compliance standards related to regulatory requirements to business units, as directed.
Support compliance related reviews in alignment with compliance policies
Assist with emails and communications, and maintain and manage calendars, including planner and calendar functions on Microsoft Teams.
Support internal and external meetings: scheduling and set up Webex, prepare agendas, record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Work with internal and external contacts on a day-to-day basis.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel documents, letters, memoranda.
Requirements
Previous experience in regulatory compliance in the life science field preferred
3+ years project analyst experience required
Administrative: maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications
Strong knowledge and experience with MS office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience with Outlook, managing multiple calendars across different time zones required
Previous experience using Webex, MS Teams, and conference calls required
Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills, and organizational skills
Superior proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy and correct grammatical content of documents
License/Certification/Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree required
