Job Description

The Program Manager, Business IL is responsible for supporting direct reps in T-Mobile for Business specific to our individual liable program. Program Managers are expected to perform functions such as educating direct sellers about the Biz IL value proposition, aiding in negotiation and contract set-up for new MCSAs or Employee Benefits Program contracts, coordination of events with the consumer channel, assisting key business decision makers and influencers to covert to T-Mobile via the IL program, and implementation of the program with the benefit aggregator including providing marketing materials. The Biz IL offer serves new and existing Strategic, Enterprise, and Government customers within a specified account list and/or geography to drive additional business customer value in the T-Mobile for Business ecosystem. Program Managers are expected to meet and exceed assigned activity in a fast-paced and fluid sales environment.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Supporting Direct Reps: Responsible for supporting individual liable businesses within a specified target account list or geography to provide additional value to our customers. Primary responsibilities include rep education around Biz, IL offers, executing IL contract as part of MCSA, providing VIP support to key CL decision-makers, coordinating events with consumers, and implementation of IL program with the benefit aggregator.

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

The experience you'll bring.

  • 2-4 years customer service experience

  • 2-4 years B2B experience

  • Program Management

  • Microsoft Office

  • Bachelors Degree - preferred

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines -fully vaccinated- as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
