Job Description

*JOB PURPOSE-* New Store Coordinator* manages and coordinates the successful execution of all new store openings, remodels and relocations within SKECHERS IT. The candidate is primarily responsible for new store project coordination, including communications within IT, client business partners, and third party vendors. This position will require working closely with other areas of IT to coordinate the involvement of their resources, and to ensure deliverables meet the requirement for all new store openings and remodel projects. This role will be responsible for all Skecher's company-owned stores globally. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities, who are otherwise qualified for the job position, to perform the essential functions. _ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-_ - Other duties as assigned. _SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-_ - No *JOB REQUIREMENTS-* * Experience with Project Management including management of vendor and business resources * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to multi-task * Detail and Results Orientation with exceptional problem-solving skills * Highly Organized * Strong skills with Project Management software and MS Office Suite * Experience with Service Now and Atlassian platforms * Ability to follow strict policies and processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision * Ability to follow-up and escalate to management as needed * Experience building dashboards and reporting for complex projects/programs * Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate schedules of IT and business partners globally * *_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-_ * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or other IT related discipline * 3 years of experience providing administrative and operational support to projects, preferable within the IT field All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. _QUALIFICATIONS-_ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
