Job Details
Shift: 5am to 1:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time,
Benefits: Available
Environment: 45 degrees, must dress warm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The production facility is open 5 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Friday and hours of work are flexible in this time frame.
Maintain a general knowledge of the cheese production process and procedures.
Environment: 45 degrees, must dress warm
Ensure that all products are packaged in the proper bag, proper box, and proper label with the proper manufacturing date, vat number and any other necessary information.
Work with the packaging team to ensure proper sanitation of all packaging room equipment.
Work with the Management team to facilitate necessary preventative maintenance of packaging equipment
Food safety food manufacturing Cutting cheese with a wire or pizza cutter
