Job Description:
The manager facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines regarding planning and provision of services to persons served ages infant through adult. Directs performance of operations within the fiscal requirements, supervises staff, maintains compliance to regulatory standards, manages human resources according to Essentia Health guidelines, supports the mission of Essentia Health, and maintains effective working relationships with the management teams and team members. Manage services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal customer service and clinical and financial outcomes. May provide therapy services to patients, ages infant, child and/or adult, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education and consultation. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years clinical experience Experience in a healthcare service leadership role
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health-related rehabilitation field
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current License as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist in the state(s) performing services.
This position supports our facilities located in the Moose Lake, Sandstone, and Brainerd Lakes areas.
