A healthy compensation plan that rewards your hard work with average start pay of $17-$24 per service hour depending on availability, skill and experience plus commission for requested clients, enhanced appointments, membership sales and gratuity and commission for retail sales. Gratuity average $15-$25 per hour. Our best performing estheticians make an average $60-$65 per hour with commission and gratuity factored into their base pay. PTO up to 5 days per year after being with us 6 months, with the option to roll over 5 days each year if working 25-29.5 hours per week. PTO up to 3 days per year after being with us 6 months, with the option to roll over 5 days each year if working 24.9 hours or less per week. Sign on bonus of up to $1200 paid out at 90 days, 120 days & 180 days of employment if working 25+ hours per week, $600 if working 24.5 hours or less per week. Referral bonus of $600 for full time (25+hours) or $300 for part time (24.5 hours or less) service providers paid out at 90 days, 120 days & 180 days of employment of new employee.

Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work under their belts. You'll also need to meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.

Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
