Team or Function Overview
The goal of the Residential Contractor and Consumer Services Department is to provide best in class customer service to both contractor and consumer customers. The Residential Warranty Data Enablement Manager position is a critical member of our Residential Warranty Claims team.
Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Residential Contractor & Consumer Services, the Warranty Data Enablement Manager will work closely with department leadership and cross functional Residential business partners to design and deploy new systems, with a focus on Tavant Warranty on Demand, to support and streamline the day to day operations of the department in order to maximize efficiency.
The Warranty Data Enablement Manager will also be responsible to lead change management efforts and to develop training content to assist other team members and system users to adapt ways of working. The Warranty Data Enablement Manager will liaise with IT on new warranty software development projects and will lead the team to develop best practices in connection with both reporting and KPI measurement associated with newly implemented systems. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills.
Essential Duties Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with Residential Contractor and Consumer Services Department leadership to gather business requirements, cultivate use cases, and complete business process review and improvement, detailed impact and gap analysis and translate into business solution design of Tavant.
Work with the business to analyze current and to-be business processes and Tavant system challenges and turn them into actionable system changes. Interacts directly with business users and conveys technical concepts/solutions in an easy to understand way.
Serves as a mentor/developmental advisor and training resource to less experienced
staff, providing an example with regard to quality of work.
Partner closely with department management to set Residential warranty priorities and meet operational objectives.
Analyze service levels and key performance indicators and make recommendations about how to improve department performance.
Provide guidance and recommendations to the department in connection with any complex Tavant system-related operational issues.
Lead extra Residential warranty and/or contractor projects as assigned.
Become the subject matter expert of the primary systems used by the Residential Contractor and Consumer Services Department, including Tavant, and serve as liaison between department and IT team on both new development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead change management efforts department-wide as it pertains to the implementation of new warranty systems.

Required Bachelor's Degree
5+ Years of Hands-on experience as a business analyst
Proficient in Google Business Suites or Microsoft Business Suite

Annual Salary Range: 135,000-172,500
