The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team in Aberdeen, MD supporting our Customer. The ideal candidate will be responsible to support Program/Project Managers in development and execution of processes as they pertain to material procurement and financial invoicing.
Responsibilities:
Collect and maintain records for award fee justification, invoice production, and both internal and external auditing.
Examine current processes and recommend operational improvements as necessary.
Utilize P2P to enter requisitions for sourcing events.
Complete competitive analysis for all quotations.
Track materials from request through invoicing status.
Approve invoices from vendors.
Reconcile P-card monthly.
Submit requests to TPOC and COR for purchase requests.
Complete DD1149s for all program material purchases.
Complete DD254s for subcontractor clearances.
Enter IT hardware and software into CHESS for sourcing.
Submit requests for technical evaluations and sole source justifications to Program Manager where applicable.
Update Excel spreadsheets daily with material purchase information.
Qualifications:
Required:
An active DoD TS/SCI.
BA/BS and 3 years' experience (OR) Associates degree and 7 years' experience (OR) High School and 9 years of experience.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and quickly respond to new priorities and requirements.
Expert proficiency in MS Excel.
Desired:
Experience with FEDSIM contracts.
Expert experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office tools.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400 - 143,700 USD
