Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the payment posting function for Essentia Health in compliance with the credit/collection policies and procedures on the Epic Resolute Billing system. This position monitors key metrics, and is responsible for providing day to day direction and supervision over all manual and electronic remittances, resolution of credit balances and inquiries for refunds, and all cashier functions. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate accounts receivable reporting and quality data entry of information that is consistent with the organization's goals and objectives. This position requires reporting and data analysis and is required to make independent decisions within the scope of responsibility. Work Experience: 2 years experience in healthcare billing office operations.
Education Qualifications:
Associate degree in finance, business, or related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
