As the CIO for Marketing Technology within PNC's Business Technology Innovation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

This exciting leadership role will report to the Corporate Functions Chief Information Officer Group and Fraud Technology and will support and partner closely with the PNC's marketing team to enhance and build out leading edge martech solutions for PNC's leading-edge marketing, sales and data teams.

These solutions will provide our marketing team with capabilities for omnichannel engagement, marketing modernization, performance marketing, digital marketing, and marketing measurement; driving innovative technology solutions with a robust roadmap that streamline and maximize impact of marketing programs and resources that increase the impact our campaigns have to our business.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

- Technical depth with martech solutions in addition to a strong marketing acumen

- Subject Matter Expert on current and emerging martech (Adobe Suite, Firefly, Salesforce Marketing, Braz, Stencil, Google Platform DDC, Pega, etc.)

- Strong marketing strategy acumen (B2B/B2C)

- Player/Coach leader of senior technology professionals (Software Development/Application Architecture/Application Deployment and Servicing)

- Application Programming Interface (API)

- Agile Philosophy and DevOps Methodology

- CI/CD and Automation

- Cloud Computing

- Success navigating large, complex organizational structures

- Ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership

Job Description

  • Directs all Information Technology functions, services and IT governance for a business enterprise.

  • Establishes and drives the Information Technology strategy, plan, vision and culture to support and advance business goals.

  • Manages and coordinates various activities for IT units; facilitates the implementation of latest technologies, methodologies and best practices.

  • Develops and administers IT policies and procedures; ensures the delivery of quality services and complies to regulations.

  • Supervises and manages the performance of IT functions and services; participates in team management and team building.
