The Intel and Cyber Division is assembling a team of network engineers, systems engineers, Unified Communications Engineers, and Integration Engineers, change management specialists, information assurance professionals, and procurement personnel knowledgeable in SCRM processes to support a program that provides critical network capabilities. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system tradecraft methodologies to include operations documentation, user guides, technical publications, briefings, reports, and training materials.
Interpret engineering, maintenance drawings, and operational procedures to understand and blend large quantities of system-related information.
Work on all phases of technical documentation to ensure products are accurate, complete, consistent, meet editorial and government specifications, contain appropriate security classification markings, and adhere to standards for quality, graphics, format, and style.
Coordinate with technical personnel and subject matter experts to document key elements of operational functionality, including overviews, processes/workflows, requirements, etc. to ensure delivery of quality documentation and training materials.
Review and edit documents for grammar, format, and clarity prior to program management approval.
Review and edit procedures related to standard IT workflows.
Aid in the development of accreditation documentation, if required.
Maintain and suggest improvements to the current internal documentation library.
Maintain the program's document tracking spreadsheet on status of contract deliverables.
