The Role:
Ticketmaster Resale is looking for a Support Specialist to support a variety of products and/or services for our ticketing platform. In this role, you will be interacting with various types of partners daily answering questions and resolving technical issues in order to ensure their continued success. Ticketmaster continues to innovate in the ticketing space and is expanding its footprint. As an active member of our team, your work will have a big impact on the resale ticketing industry.
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious professional who can:
Communicate in a timely, professional and informative manner both internally and externally
Discern between critical and non-critical issues in order to best serve our partners
Take ownership of partner issues from beginning to end by working with teams across the organization
Collaborate with appropriate teams to communicate ideas and problem solve issues
Consistently stay up to date on the evolving features of the ticketing industry
Key Responsibilities:
Answer partner inquiries regarding the usage of our tools
Answer peer inquiries regarding partner contact
Troubleshoot partner technical problems by investigating issues and working alongside our product and development teams to resolution
Responsible for thorough and accurate documentation of our products and services
Communicate effectively both verbally and through email
Provide assistance to peers and management on daily tasks, special projects, and resolution of issues
Requirements and Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service/support experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Proven problem solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to respond effectively and quickly to peers and partners needs and issues
Possess excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills; a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment
Able to adapt to changes in a rapidly evolving industry
Possess high competency level in MS Office and Google Drive products
Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, or Kibana are a plus
Experience within the ticketing industry a plus
- Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or providing proof of a negative COVID test at least every 48 hours will be required for this position to work in an office or venue.-
