CACI is seeking a Program Manager who will support the head of a mid-size to large program for the CACI organization. As Program Manager, shall manage the day-to-day operations of the site to include overall management of over 100 personnel, coordination of facility requirements, and the primary interface with customers and their representatives. As Program Manager shall act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the program. Shall direct efforts of cross-competency teams, to include contractor personnel at multiple locations, and shall serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and project issues. Shall be responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status and milestones. Shall oversee contractor personnel's project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort, and monitoring and reporting progress. Shall manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project.
This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the program.
Conducts briefings to senior leaders both within and outside of the program.
Responsible for communicating with parties external to the organization, which may include customers or vendors.
Problems faced are frequently complex and require broad-based solutions that impact multiple areas of the organization.
Responsible for improving upon entire processes or systems, leveraging on personal past experiences and in-depth understanding of best practices in the marketplace that may improve the competitive position of the organization.
Responsible for coordinating proposal activity related to the program or project, including business plans, work specifications, and budgets for scope expansion and new business.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret clearance, SCI eligible.
Master's Degree in engineering, technical, or business field required.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience, at least five (5) of those years of experience must be in management supervisory experience specific to the Army.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Project Management Professional (PMPR), or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification.
Technical or engineering experience and industry certifications in fields related to cyber activities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$114,600 - 252,100 USD
