Position summary: Responsible to support proposal/pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for regional engineering, architecture, and construction management disciplines. Flexible hybrid schedule in a team environment which fosters work-life synergy. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Coordinate quality and visually pleasing technical proposals, marketing presentation materials, and standard government form proposals.
Create outline and timeline for pursuit milestones, keep team on schedule.
Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process - from to kick-off meeting; to development of writing, editing, proofreading, graphics, and formatting; production; delivery; and proposal closeout.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop content.
Assist with presentation preparation (organizing technical speakers and content, not presenting).
Maintain marketing content including resumes, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultant information, etc.
Work closely with technical staff, database specialists, creative services staff, corporate/regional marketing staff in other offices, as well as subconsultants.
Research websites in search of opportunities.
Capture information in marketing database (CRM).
Adherence to JMT's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures.
Support office, regional, and corporate marketing efforts.

Basic knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process preferred
Working Conditions
Work is performed on a hybrid schedule - a combination of office and remote work. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
