What you'll do in your role.
The Legal Compliance team is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to handle a variety of complex administrative functions and clerical duties. This position will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel/SVP of Legal Affairs. This role will partner with other Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants to support the Legal Compliance leadership team while also helping support administrative needs of the larger team.
What You'll Do in the Roll:
Perform a variety of administrative duties for the Deputy GC/SVP and VP leadership team. Manage executives' schedules and expenses and arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. Perform duties that enable the Deputy GC/SVP to work efficiently and effectively.
Use independent judgement and discretion to identify and analyze current and future needs, problems, or projects, determine approach, prepare recommendations, and timely execute on plans with the highest degree of quality and timeliness.
Build and leverage a network of contacts and resources throughout the enterprise to rapidly enlist to coordinate activities or solve issues that arise.
Organize, copy, and scan legal documents. Manage legal documents and maintain electronic and hard copy legal document files.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and related materials for meetings and events as requested; schedule speakers for meetings; coordinate seamless presentation of same at meetings/events.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues with standard office equipment and own enlisting and partnering with company's technical support to resolve them.
Support rewards and recognition programs and initiatives for the team.
Support office supply and equipment ordering, and drive resolution of facilities issues as needed.
Administer onboarding/new hire process and coordinate organizational details via internal systems.
Assist on special projects as requested.
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive matters, along with excellent judgment and discretion.

10+ years of experience in a senior administrative role working in a legal or corporate office.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Possesses the highest degree of maturity, professionalism, and discretion, including ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding work matters.
Highly detail-oriented and organized; sense of urgency in getting things accomplished.
A self-starter, resourceful, highly motivated, passionate for achieving excellence, innovative, creative and proactive.
