Job Summary:
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Work with the Production Manager to be the artist/crew liaison to the venue on event days to ensure a safe and successful event for the tours, venue staff and fans
Have the ability to work a non-traditional schedule including early mornings, late nights and weekends
Assist Production Manager with advancing all show details including but not limited to schedules, labor and vendor needs, hospitality, security and artist payments
Organize and distribute pertinent show information to venue leadership and third-party vendors
Have a detailed understanding of contracts, deal structures and the settlement process
Communicate feedback with the Talent Buyer
Work with the Production Manager to schedule appropriate number of staff while maintaining labor costs within the assigned budgetary guidelines
Be responsible for maintaining department budgets and have a strong understanding of department financials
Responsible for cash handling and executing payments in a variety of methods
Keeping extensive up-to-date organized records of all event details and financials
Train and support audio, lighting, stagehands and runner personnel with job functions as needed
Oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, video systems and advising on repairs when needed
Ensure venue safety practices are being adhered to by venue staff, visiting crew/artists and vendors
Responsible for adhering to all safety regulations determined by local agencies, fire marshal etc.
Create a welcoming environment backstage by maintaining dressing room hospitality and cleanliness as well as assist tours with acquiring meals/goods/services from local establishments
Compile upcoming show information to present at venue team meetings with other department leaders and General Manager
Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all past show files

Previous leadership experience working with a team
Excellent ability to retain detailed information
Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
Ability to work with a team through challenging situations and long days
Must work well under pressure and be even-tempered
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Must have valid driver's license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Moderate to loud level or noise in work environment
Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and working on your feet
