About the Job
Product Vision and Strategy Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. Supervising the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to post-launch analysis and iteration.
Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Roadmap Planning Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's evolution and aligns with business goals.
Stakeholder Alignment Ensure alignment with key stakeholders including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support.
Go-to-Market Strategies Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pricing.
Customer Engagement Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand difficulties, and find opportunities for product improvement.
Innovation Encourage and facilitate innovation within the product team to keep the product competitive and forward-thinking.

The pay range for this position is and the annual incentive target is <20%> of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
What you need
A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
Multiple years of product management experience
Experience in ESG planning and budgeting processes in one or more verticals
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive vision and consensus among diverse teams
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
