TRAINER/FIELD OPS FLEX POSITION
OVERVIEW: In class trainer for first 2 weeks of school Field ops when not in class training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Secondary trainer for IM interior and wheel repair processes Assist with assembly of all interior/wheel kits as needed Work with the field trainer to ensure that the transition from classroom to field work is seamless. Work closely with the field trainer to make sure that training techniques are consistent to ensure the best learning experience for trainees. Responsible to assist lead trainer with weekly progress reports and keeping the trainee's manager up to date on all things relevant Works with trainees on administrative responsibilities. (Time sheets, PTO etc.) Manages the inventory that is pulled during the training class. (Itemized lists for techs that receive a new start up set. This is separate from an existing kit for billing purposes) Assist with assembling the IM Technician manual that each trainee receives upon graduation Responsible for upkeep of all training areas. Coaches past graduates who may have technical questions/concerns Assist with Magic Finish detail training. Keep Magic Finish Detail Management manual up to date Field Ops Assist with Detail Launches On-site detail set up On-site detail training 3 month follow up with new IM technicians 6 month follow up with new IM technicians Work with under producing Interior Technicians
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have completed Interior Magic interior and wheel training Thorough knowledge of all Interior Magic training processes and procedures 3 years' experience in field work 1 year experience in field training Knowledge and experience with the Magic Finish Detail process Apply Now!!!
