CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Program Manager and Technical Site Lead as a subcontractor to a larger contract supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). This position is in the customer spaces and must qualify as a senior analyst on one of the contract teams.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a 100 person CACI workforce across a single program with multiple related to missions in Identity Intelligence (I2).
Planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program level goals and objectives.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Interface with various levels of the prime program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, and support personnel.
Ensure that all projects are delivered within compliance, scope, time, and budget constraints.
Formulating policies for managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources.
Support business development and capture planning across the business sector.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TOP SECRET/SCI Clearance
12 years of experience and a MA/MS degree, 16 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements
Meet qualifications for a SENIOR All Source Analyst labor category, with experience in identity-based targeting, counterintelligence analysis, forensic-enable intelligence, and IC-complaint FINTEL under the umbrella of NGIC I2.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment.
Apply Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, Analytic Standards (https://www.dni.gov/files/documents/ICD/ICD%20203%20Analytic%20Standards.pdf) which govern the production and evaluation of analytic products, articulating analyst responsibilities and the rigor in their analytic thinking and work practices.
Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to mission team leads, functional staff and government stakeholders.
Desired:
In-depth knowledge of the Army's Identity I2 framework and contribute to emerging tradecraft.
Knowledge of the NGIC's organization, mission, and partners.
Experience with high visibility projects.
Previous deployed experience as a contract lead or manager.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$104,200-$229,200
