Senior Director, Program Management

A snapshot of this opportunity
Responsible for oversight and direction of team including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
Ensure multi-level strategic client relationships are being established
Evaluate and study client financial statements and hold AMs accountable for client profitability
Determine pricing strategy and develop client propositions
Support the development of client and department budgets
Review and make recommendations to improve the quality of client business plans
Perform or direct personnel in recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
Recommend the involvement of BCD Travel specialized departments to achieve client goal
How you can set yourself apart
Expert in account management in a corporate environment
Business travel industry experience is preferred
Extensive experience in the management and business travel industry
You are computer literate in business software applications
Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation
Able and willing to travel domestically
