Description
SAIC seeks an experienced and energetic Lead Training Developer to directly support the C5ISR Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) Branch located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD . The overarching purpose of the program is to develop, integrate and field cutting edge technologies that can be integrated into existing modernization Programs of Record.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing training strategies and training plans that will increase internal team and government customer knowledge about the developing QRC mission systems and their operations
Developing a training curriculum with content requirements that are tailored to the nature of all supported QRC systems
Developing and executing a knowledge transfer approach to tap knowledge from subject matter experts and help distribute it to increase the broader team's overall understanding of these complex missions
Leveraging technologies to facilitate lecture/demonstration/performance training. These will include, but are not limited to, cloud-based applications, presentation slides and posters, and videos

Strong experience with U.S. Army Training Policy, Standards, and Procedures
Relevant intelligence and space system experience
Desired Experience/Skills:
Common Faculty Development - Instructor Certification (CFD-IC)
Systems engineering, integration and testing related or equivalent experience
Experience in systems acquisition and QRC projects
Army Space Control Fundamentals (ASCF) Course
