SAIC is seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer/Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate, strong programming skills, a solid understanding of databases, SQL and data analytics. This role will involve designing, developing, testing, and debugging RPA solutions, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline and improve automation processes.
This role is hybrid. It is mostly remote with occasional requirements to be onsite for meetings or government requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize expertise in RPA tools, specifically UiPath and Power Automate, to develop robust automation solutions.
Leverage strong programming skills in .NET to build and maintain RPA workflows.
Work with databases and SQL to ensure efficient data handling within automation processes.
Automation and Development:
Design, develop, test, and debug RPA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
Apply knowledge of process automation best practices to deliver high-quality, scalable RPA implementations.
Analytical and Data Skills:
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Use data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel to interpret data and provide insights. Proficiency with DAX and/or Splunk (SPL) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
Elicit and document comprehensive business and technical requirements for automation projects.
Identify process improvements and additional data that can streamline automation.
Create detailed process and design documentation to support RPA initiatives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with data analysts, process owners, and developers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize requirements based on business needs.
Project and Continuous Improvement:
Manage automation projects using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Commit to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience; Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Proven experience as an RPA Developer/Analyst with expertise in UiPath and Power Automate.
Strong programming skills in .NET.
Proficiency with databases and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and process analysis abilities.
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI and Excel). Knowledge of DAX and/or Splunk (SPL) is a plus.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to gather and document business and technical requirements.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing projects in Agile environments.
A commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
Required Clearance
US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
Ability to obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in UiPath and/or Power Automate.
Experience with process discovery and optimization tools.
Familiarity with other RPA tools, Microsoft Power Platform and Splunk
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
