SAIC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Panama City, Florida.
Job Description :
Support electrical power system installation, troubleshooting, and documentation
Create and review electrical schematics
Support programming of variable frequency drives, PLC's, and other devices
Occasional travel to support fleet operations
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years or experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with solidworks
Solid understanding of AC and DC circuit protection coordination
Electrical power generating systems
Must be able to work in crawl spaces inside equipment to install or inspect hardware
Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools (DVM's, Scopes, DAM's) and instrumentation systems
Clearance:
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance; Minimum of an Interim Secret clearance required to start.
