Goodwin William Staffing is looking for Material Handlers to join our team/work with one of our Clients in Chesapeake, VA. The ideal candidates must be dependable, reliable, and ready to work full time on any shift.Duties include:Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, and trucksStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, supply rooms, or other areasExamine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisorsReceive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computerMark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipmentSchedule: Sunday - Thursday, 6pm - 2amHourly Rate: $14.00?Requirements:Ability to function in a fast paced, sometimes high-pressured environment, meeting the high expectations of management staff and daily quotaMust be a self-starter and able to follow directions properlyCandidates must have strong communication skillsCapable of lifting to 30 pounds on a routine basisNeed reliable transportation
