What You'll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Special Operations Asymmetric Solutions (SOAS) GEOINT analyst you will directly support the intelligence requirements of Special Operations Command, US Northern Command (SOCNORTH). You will respond to GEOINT requests for information from multiple intelligence specialties (All Source, HUMINT, SIGINT) focused on solving difficult problem sets that include short, mid, and long-term efforts, as well as the analyses and research on specified technologies, countries, geographic areas, and targeted vulnerabilities. Provide expertise in GEOINT analysis to assist SOCNORTH in day-to-day staff support functions and Functional Group: operations against Counter External State Actors (ESA)/AKA Maligned Sate Actors (MSA), Counter Terrorism (CT), Counter Transnational Criminal Organizations (CTCO), and Counter Threat Networks (CTN), in accordance with the National Defense Strategy (NDS). Provide direct support including the coordination, planning and support to the execution of intelligence collection operations; and providing exploitation and analytic support in coordination with SOCNORTH and other entities and agencies supporting SOCNORTH requirements. Responsible for providing the GEOINT technical expertise, guidance, coaching, and training to less-experienced analysts.

Provide expert specialized expertise in GEOINT analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard GEOINT products in support of SOCNORTH missions and objectives.
Apply geospatial analytical methods, including the production of geospatial datasets and visualizations of geospatial information and intelligence for specified and directed intelligence research, analyses and reporting.
Exploit and manipulate geospatial data into complex graphics, textural reports, and briefings, and to create geospatial products such as shape files, geo-databases, .kml files, and .kmz files for use with both ArcGIS and Google Earth.
Perform intelligence analyses on multiple sources of data, including Electro-Optical (EO), Spectral, Thermal Infrared (TIR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), and map-based software.
Provide GEOINT analysis and assessments in support of policy development, readiness, modernization, and innovation initiatives; through GEOINT analysis contribute to the development of new solutions, process, and standards.
Coordinate and maintain liaison with GEOINT interagency community of practice partners and operational and tactical consumers of GEOINT intelligence to solicit and incorporate relevant data from existing national-level systems, products, and databases to provide an enhanced level of focused analytic support and predict the accurate identification of adversarial intent, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential threat courses of action.
Contribute to the development of operations-intelligence fusion products that conform to organizational, community, intelligence oversight, and regulatory requirements assessing facts, threat intentions, cultural behavioral norms, implications of the environment, and friendly and adversarial involvement in that environment.
Supervises junior GEOINT analysts as required.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security All candidates must be willing to submit to CI poly for access to required systems.
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, or associate degree and 10+ years of experience, or 10+ years of GEOINT experience directly supporting Special Operations Forces.
Minimum of three years' experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-6 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
