Job Description:
Provides therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients and families. This is to include but is not limited to individual, group, and family therapy, mental health intakes and assessments, diagnostics, and coordination of treatment services for the patient. May be required to provide Minnesota DHS Clinical Supervision requirements as required for Partial Hospitalization Programs.
Education Qualifications:
Master degree in social work.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current State Social Work Licensure. Licensed as an LICSW if practicing in Minnesota. Licensed as an LCSW if practicing in North Dakota or LCSW if practicing in Wisconsin. In other states, must be certified or licensed as required by the state in which practice occurs for the purpose of reimbursement.
