Dent Wizard is looking for a full time Accounts Payable clerk. In this role, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering vendor bills, ensuring files are complete and maintained and providing support to the Accounts Payable Manager and team to help meet month-end close and other routine deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
Coding and entering a large volume of vendor invoices for both US and Canada.
Input data accurately and efficiently.
Assist with weekly check run.
Reconcile monthly vendor statements and request missing invoices.
Research and resolve payment issues.
Responsible for proper new vendor set up, including 1099 compliance.
Ensure open lines of communication with customers (internal and external), co-workers and management.
Collaborate with other departments to gather needed support or research issues as directed by the Accounts Payable Manager.
Complete special projects that are ancillary to routine duties.
Routine clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, copying, and mailing.
Performing other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain compliance with corporate policies and employment laws, to ensure a workplace that safeguards the rights of every employee.

Qualifications:
Microsoft Office experience.
Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred, but not required.
Ability to type minimum of 50 WPM.
Strong 10 key typing skills.
Ability to work overtime as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
General office experience required; 1-3 years' experience in clerical accounting preferred.
