Responsibilities:
Provide consistency with social media posts and marketing efforts for the company
Regularly monitor and organize CollabWorkx social media accounts
Regularly create, design, write, edit, and post social media posts
Regularly research trending topics related to technology, cybersecurity, company culture, etc.
Utilize social media design tools to create and edit digital graphics
Produce monthly social media analytics reports to measure efforts and ensure intended and strategic goals are met
Simultaneously work on social media and marketing content, along with side projects that promote the growth of CollabWorkx digital presence
Develop engaging business content and creative assets in support of social media marketing campaigns
Create materials such as reports, briefings, and presentations
Assist with research projects primarily by conducting broad area and specific internet searches
Attend meetings, seminars, webinars, and conventions when needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in communications or related field such as marketing or graphic design
Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Experience with graphic design software, such as Canva and Adobe
Knowledge of social media analytics software to track audience engagement and campaign performance
