THE ROLE : The Project Manager will manage all aspects of assigned project tasks to assure timely implementation of all project deliverables, reporting, data analysis, and bridging any gaps to manage customer expectations. • Responsible for the creation and compilation of weekly project reports and metrics

• Responsible for the assessing, triaging, referring, tracking, and ultimately ensuring the resolution of quality and/or performance issues that relate to project success

• Responsible for project change orders, contract management, and driving internal stake holders for project deliverables as defined by the projects requirements.

• Develop, capture, update, and maintain tracking of project key metrics including inventory, materials, resources, budget, invoices, and tracking tasks including milestones and project schedule tasks

• Work with internal engineering resources, project team members, and customers to identify issues, trends, problems, and work collaboratively to resolve them

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum of 5+ years project management experience is required. Relevant experience in a similar field or Xylem experience will be considered. Experience that is not project management specifically, but relevant, will be taken into consideration as well.

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline (CS, EE, IS), Business or Management degree

• Must be proficient with computer hardware and software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio) experience with Google Earth Pro and/or Smartsheet is a plus.

• Ability to direct the work of assigned project staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, to quality and project interdependencies are identified and actively managed.

• Ensure problems, risks, issues and dependencies are identified and managed which may affect the successful delivery of the Project

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple work-streams and ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and adopt a structured working method but with the ability to react quickly to change.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, coupled with an ability to build strong collaborative relationships across departmental boundaries.

• Cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication style when working with customers.

• A confident, positive and flexible leadership style, with the ability to network with a range of stakeholders and to work collaboratively with senior managers.

• Customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible with an ability to find solutions to problems.

• Ability to drive the project team and customer to meet delivery schedules within budget and with complete customer satisfaction.

• Utility industry experience is a plus

• PMP certification either in process or achieved

• Ability to travel and work at customer sites up to 75% of the time.

• This position reports to the North Regional Manager and would ideally be located in one of the North-Eastern states

The estimated salary range at this professional level is $113000 to $132,000. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. THE ROLE : The Strategic Account Manager expands and maintains relationships with Xylem's most valued customer and client accounts. These accounts are mostly water utilities, with the exception being a defined group of Consultants and Contractors that are closely aligned with Xylem's water utility accounts. Assigned to Five to Ten identified strategically large complex accounts, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving orders growth and assigned KPIs specific to the account. The Strategic Account Manager represents all of Xylem's business interests to the assigned accounts, while leading the account planning cycle and ensuring the assigned accounts' needs and expectations are met by Xylem Inc.

The Strategic Account Manager also indirectly leads a defined team of sales and business development professionals that serve the account from each of our traditional lines of business and traditional channels to market - including third party. Some key strategic aspects of the role include a rich understanding of the account's goals (formal & informal), joint long-term planning, and new product introduction. The successful Strategic Account Manager will establish/build a deep network of trusted relationships throughout Xylem's internal and channel teams, from which they can best serve their accounts. The Strategic Account Manager Reports to the Director of Sales, Account Management & Digital Services.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts broadly across their Utility Organization.

• Enlists the support of sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations, and all other resources required on an as needed basis. Utilizes Account Based Marketing (ABM) as a key tool.

• Closely coordinates company leadership and executive involvement with account management as required to establish peer to peer selling.

• Works closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction (positive net promoter score) and problem resolution is managed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum five years of strategic account sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment

• Excellent presentation skills with small, large, and diverse groups

• PC proficiency, CRM, Strategic Pricing, and all relative Microsoft Suite products

• Master of Business and Administration

• Participation in the Strategic Account Management Association

SALARY :

The estimated salary range for this position is $155,000 to $170,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. The Role: The Market Development Manager is responsible for the growth of Standard Xchange products in their market vertical within the Northeastern U.S. region. Work with the Sales Management and Channel Partners to achieve maximum market penetration and sales of the brand's products. The employee will work closely with reps and distributors to grow orders for industrial heat transfer products. Comprehensive understanding of all heat transfer markets within the region. Provide Information & Assistance to the Product Development / Marketing departments on New Product Releases.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop a Master Business Plan with each Rep. The plan must include Representative Goals, Targeted Accounts, Travel Time Required, Perspective OEM's, Growth of Major Trade Area's, Etc..

• Deliver orders and sales targets versus budgets. Work with Rep/distributor to increase Sales & Market Share of products in territory and region. Open new Representation where and when necessary.

• Travel with Representative and Distributor Personnel to Train and help grow Xylem Product Sales.

• Maintain Large Project funnel with coordination and updates from channels.

• Assist Marketing in defining new Markets and Product Opportunities.

• Assist in selecting the right products for the total solution utilizing computer sizing and selection programs as required.

• Keep Management advised of competitors' activities in Territory / Region.

• Make prospecting calls to end customers, distribution channel partners, OEMs and EPC firms.

• Attend appropriate trade shows and related events to expand market knowledge of products and trends within the industry.

• Effectively motivate non-reports to implement Strategies.

• Ability to Coach, Strong Work Ethics, Risk-Taker, Accountable, Manage by Prevention, Distributor Conflicts, Timely submittal of required reports, Organization, Able to make Decisions, Ability to Work Independently

Minimum Qualifications: Education Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

DAY IN THE LIFE : In this role, the working environment is in both an office and shop/field conditions.
