The Role: Xylem Analytics seeks to hire an Inside Sales Specialist to provide data mining activities and quality leads for Xylem Analytics Utility (Wastewater) team members while striving to add customer value by meeting or exceeding customer expectations via online, phone.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Support the Utility Water & Wastewater team with data mining activities and lead generation. Cross train with other key market verticals.

• Support Sales Initiatives and Campaigns as directed by Inside Sales Operations Manager and in coordination with Utility National Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager/PSS.

• Participate in Utility product training events held in Yellow Springs.

• Maintain customer database (Salesforce.com).

• Provide routine reporting of sales and lead generation activities and key performance metrics (monthly meeting with ISOM and NSM).

• Attend and participate in Monthly Business Review, providing updates to team.

• Attend trade shows, conferences, as needed.

• Qualify leads found via GovWin, GovSpend, Dodge, Marketo Sales Insight and other lead sources and determine if opportunity exists currently in SFDC. If not work with region to create opportunity in conjunction with the local rep.

• Create opportunity on qualified leads. Perform take off including specification review, bill of materials, bid status and budgetary quotes. Interact/communicate with regions directly through this process.

• Conduct data mining of identified key accounts searching for potential future opportunities. Continue follow up on these as they progress while keeping the regions updated.

• Product quality, marketing and market intelligence information is to be shared with appropriate internal team members.

• Provide product information and pricing quotes when appropriate and in support of outside sales team.

• Occasional travel required.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• 4-year college degree in relevant field. Natural resources, chemistry, environmental, physical sciences or engineering preferred.

• Prior customer service or inside sales experience is required.

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Ability to deal with complex customer requests or problems.

• Ability to determine feasibility of bid data and RFP requests.

• Knowledge of water and wastewater testing instrumentation and online applications.

The Role: Xylem is looking for a UI / UX Manager to lead our distributed and growing group of designers and continue to evolve our company wide design standards.

You will work alongside engineers, product managers, and other designers to create simple and powerful products. • Responsible for project change orders, contract management, and driving internal stake holders for project deliverables as defined by the projects requirements.

The Role: As a Business Application Specialist (BAS) you are responsible for product launches & updates, program development, adding new functions, market communication and training. You are also responsible for working with the business and subject matter expert teams to turn business knowledge and acumen into specifications and drive that specification from concept to launch. This position applies analytical and problem-solving skills to the design, planning, execution, deployment and maintenance of sales systems for corporate and/or department projects to ensure the satisfaction of the defined and documented business requirements are met. The Role: As member of Xylem's Product Security team, the Security Program Manager is responsible for the implementation and execution of security programs and practices to support a growing, global water technology company. This position will work across software and firmware development teams to identify component and system level technical risks and evaluate critical failure points, determine technical security controls to mitigate risks, and work with cross functional teams to implement features according to product road maps.

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the application and infrastructure security reference architecture. Develop, implement and maintain the security architecture for Xylem product portfolio

• Champion the Xylem security SDLC. This includes security testing, penetration testing, and identifying and fixing vulnerabilities in software and applications on all Xylem products.

• Support commercial teams by building customer trust in the security of Xylem products

• Track implementation of common application security controls

The Role: Sensus, a Xylem brand, seeks to hire a Network Operation Center Engineer who will provide support for our hosted customers, public cloud implementations, as well as, build and maintain our documentation.

*After training this position's schedule will be 6pm-6am with a 4 day weekend every other week

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Good analytical and debugging skills, strong software/OS aptitude, a meticulous approach to analyzing and resolving technical problems

• Has knowledge and experience to maintain technical processes/documentation and automations/scripts

• Great Customer Service Skills

• A self-starter capable of taking initiative.

• Recognize issues that must be quickly escalated

• Work cross functionally with other Internal teams

• Ability to provide support that includes proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, system security and optimization, and Customer Service.

• Own and manage escalated support cases

• Perform root cause analysis to completion and resolution

• Log and document all issues in our issue tracking system, updating cases as needed until resolved

• Manage case load to meet defined service levels

• Provide feedback on how to improve the product

• Help improve customer support methods and processes

• Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends

• This position requires a four-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support / Desktop Support

• Strong operating systems knowledge - Linux/Windows/VMware

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA/Salesforce/Remedy)

• History with document collaboration tools (Confluence/Wiki)

• Strong verbal/communication skills required.

• Ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals with high quality standards

The Role: The Xylem Innovation Labs team is a global corporate team that support Xylem Inc. in its mission to 'solve water' by scouting and leveraging new technologies that are critical to address the world's increasing water challenges. To support this mission, we are looking for a Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of remote office manager and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out operational tasks critical for the success of the program and department.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• This role requires you to support the team and department in its day-to-day and overall strategic objectives

• Assist in oversight of multiple project/program teams and ensure standardization and coordination across teams

• Bookkeeping/accounting and procurement/invoicing - process invoices, follow up on payment completion, track monthly cashflow against budget, etc.

• Building and updating/maintaining schedules for overall programming/activities and pilot projects

• Coordinating Demo Day for pilot project results of new technologies to be communicated across the company

• Create reports for monthly and quarterly review by senior management

• Manage relationships and correspond with outside vendors and internal teams including IT, finance, legal, marketing, procurement, etc.

• Scheduling speakers for annually run seminar series

• Document management - ensure all documents are properly named and saved and filed electronically on central server

• IT tool management - assist new team members with onboard to IT tools used by the team, coordinating with technical/customer support as needed

• Meeting coordination - setting up and coordinating program-wide meetings, team meetings, and virtual networking/team building events

• Logistics - assist with coordinating all travel-related activities, including team meetings, conferences, and other business-related travel

• Mail/ordering - assist with sending out/receipt of mail/packages as needed, ordering office supplies and other items

• Other data entry and assistance as may be required for the smooth functioning of a remote, global team of ~10 people

• Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

• 5+ years professional experience

• Proven experience in program management, office management or relevant position
