The Call Center Specialist provides high-level customer service and effectively communicates with existing and prospective clients (dentists, members, agents, and employer groups) regarding claims, enrollment, and benefit service support.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manages multi-line phone system
Provides excellent customer service support by taking client information, and responding to questions regarding claims, enrollment, and benefits information.
Proactively seek solutions and problem-solve to resolve client issues relating to plan information, enrollment, and client material.
Responsible for communicating guidance and directions to assist members in navigating benefit information online including directing clients to company website to verify enrollment, benefit coverage, and how to submit claims/pretreatments.
Communicate website capabilities efficiently and innovatively.
Collaborate with other call center representative to improve customer service

The Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital will give our community its first-ever wellness destination. Position Summary:
Provides professional nursing care appropriate to the age of the patients being served. Participates in patient/family teaching and provides leadership by working collaboratively with physicians and ancillary health care personnel. Communicates patient information in a complete, accurate manner while maintaining confidentiality. The laboratory aide performs a variety of duties and responsibilities. The consist of:
Collect blood samples from patients in the out-patient service area, laboratory area, nursing floors or in the emergency room.
Assists in charting and filing laboratory slips, answers the telephone and assists in maintaining the laboratory in a clean and orderly condition.
Maintains inventory of supplies and notifies the director or supervisor when supplies are needed.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma from an accredited phlebotomy training institute OR significant phlebotomy experience.
Professional registration preferred.
Experience must be either: Six months' experience in a high volume phlebotomy environment, or successful completion of an academic program which included substantial, practical clinical phlebotomy experience (EX: 8+ week clinical student rotation program in a hospital setting)
Must be able to continuously move about department and between workstations.
Must be able to understand directions and be able to communicate and respond to inquiries. Requires effective interpersonal skills.
Must be able to tolerate exposure to disease bearing specimens, blood and body fluids.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reports for scheduled shifts on time and in a professional manner with regard to behavior, telephone courtesy, dress, identification, and communication with patients' colleagues, and outside agencies.
Works closely with the provider and leadership to continually improve the patient experience though daily patient care, clerical support, ongoing projects and assumes additional duties as needed in a self-directed manner.
Prepares the patient for the visit by taking vital signs, documenting and order entry within the EPIC system, arranging and coordinating support and ancillary services for patient care, preparing patient rooms for visits, stocking exam rooms, preparing schedules, and providing general support to the providers and patients. Performs specific specialized tests (i.e. pulmonary function tests, phlebotomy procedures) as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Respiratory Care Assistant will be competent to care for patients of all ages to include infants, children, adolescents, adult and geriatric population, dependent on the area assigned. The Respiratory Care Assistant is able to perform the skills/procedures validated by an accredited respiratory care program and approved by the state issuing the limited practice license, required by the assignment with supervision, according to regulatory standards, clinical practice guidelines, policies and procedures approved by the Medical Directors and Administration. This individual performs the duties and responsibilities outlined below as assigned, under supervision from the Respiratory Care Department leadership team and the Medical Directors of Respiratory Care. Standards of performance and skills for the areas to which the individual may be assigned must be maintained according to department policy. The individual must be committed to providing patients and families with a positive experience through compassionate care and excellent service, safely and efficiently. This individual will display professionalism at all times and maintain patient confidentiality.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieves and maintains a level of competency to perform prescribed therapeutic and diagnostic procedures within their scope of practice per business unit, in accordance to departmental competency standards, which include general care, critical care, emergency care, and diagnostic procedures, including, but not limited to, the following: - General Care: patient identification and assessment, medical gas delivery, medication administration via nebulizers and MDI/DPI, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and hyperinflation therapy - Critical Care: initiation, management and weaning of invasive and non-invasive ventilation; airway management and suction, including tracheostomy, endotracheal and pharyngeal; cuff and ETCO2 monitoring, intubation assist and extubation; set-up, calibration, and maintenance of arterial and central venous pressure lines - Emergency Care: responds to rapid responses and emergency codes, as required; performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, and actively participates in patient stabilization and internal transports - Diagnostic Care: blood sampling and analysis, specimen collection, continuous and/or noninvasive monitoring, bedside pulmonary function screens, spontaneous breathing parameters, electrocardiograms (EKG) o Note: critical tests and values will be reported in a timely manner per Hospital Policy.
Safely assembles, operates and trouble shoots therapeutic and diagnostic equipment required for patient care, including, but not limited to, the following: - Gas administration, monitoring and analyzing devices, including flow meters and regulators, blenders, cylinders and bulk systems, compressors, analyzers, and pulse oximeters - Mechanical devices, including mechanical ventilators, manometers, gauges, spirometers and EKG machines. - Age specific patient care equipment, including resuscitation equipment, oral and nasal airways, endotracheal and tracheal tubes - Equipment disinfection and sterilization
Understands and applies Respiratory Care Clinical Practice Guidelines, to provide safe, highly efficient, and cost effective care, using evidence based best practice.
Provide educational needs of patients on disease specific process, tobacco cessation and respiratory care services provided, including instruction for home care equipment and medications.
Assist with clinical instruction of respiratory care, nursing, and medical students and residents, as needed. Actively participates in the orientation of new staff and contributes to the growth of others
Understands and acts in accordance with all Respiratory Care and Hospital Policy and Procedures for those areas assigned and is able to with minimal supervision in those areas.
Completes accurate patient documentation, including billing and productivity standards. Participates in creating a plan of care, evaluate achievement of identified goals, record results and communicate pertinent information to appropriate members of the health care team
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested, within the scope of training and educational documentation as per Limited Permit
Education: Must be actively enrolled and in good standing, or a recent graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
Skills: Must be able to input and retrieve computer information
License: If working in an Ohio facility, a current Limited Permit License to render respiratory care services by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board in the State of Ohio. Membership in the American Association of Respiratory Care and other professional organizations is desired.
Certification: Must hold current BLS certification

Scope of Service:
The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care provided to a group of patients. Job Summary:
Our Environmental Services Technicians are responsible for executing the daily duties required to establish and maintain a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment. While executing the assigned tasks, the EVS Tech will have contact with patients, visitors, and clinical and non-clinical staff. Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for daily occupied and discharge/transfer cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, as well as other common areas of their job assignment such as rest rooms, nurses' stations, corridors, conference rooms, utility rooms, treatment areas, kitchens, offices, lobbies, lounges, stairwells and waiting rooms . Other assigned areas may include surgery OR's, labor and delivery, emergency department and other procedural areas.
Performs duties while demonstrating working knowledge of the health care cleaning and disinfecting principles and requirements as well as proper and safe chemical use.
Adheres to all organization safety, risk management and infection control guidelines and standards while promoting a culture of safety.
Actively participates in departmental performance improvement initiatives, including but not limited to initiatives to improve patient experience and cleanliness metrics.
Maintains cleaning cart(s), supplies and equipment evidence by properly stocking and restocking environmental services cart in a neat and orderly fashion.

A Polysomnographic Technologist works under the general supervision of the clinical director (MD) or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education. A Polysomnographic Technologist can perform the duties defined for a Polysomnographic Staff Technician and may provide supervision of other staff.

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care provided to a group of patients.
