Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cyberspace Transport Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to perform integrated, multidisciplinary assessments that assess survivability of critical U.S. and allied national/theater mission systems, networks, architectures, infrastructures, and assets.

Blue Team assessments teams aim to ensure continuity to DoD missions and critical infrastructure by assessing the vulnerabilities and survivability of these infrastructure against a broad spectrum of threats including accidents, natural disasters, technological failure, information system attacks, terrorists, radio frequency weapons (RFW), sabotage, and weapons of mass destruction (WMD).

This challenging and exciting work will provide you the opportunity to travel CONUS and OCONUS to the most important DoD defense systems and critical infrastructure to ensure the survivability of any threat or attack. This is an exciting opportunity to experience traveling to destinations around the world and protecting mission-critical infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify all aspects of communications-related (i.e., DoD data voice networks, transmission systems, Defense Information Systems Network (DISN), and other DoD and Commercial terrestrial and satellite communications systems and networks) vulnerabilities.

  • Increase the customer's awareness of potential vulnerabilities and impacts of communications on mission execution capability and provide recommendations to mitigate or eliminate identified vulnerabilities.

  • Perform vulnerability assessments on communications using computer networks, industrial control systems, radio, wireless, and other communication systems.

  • Review security measures to include intrusion detection and prevention, software and system security protection through application of secure design protocols and reverse engineering, and data assurance.

  • Assess communications infrastructure that support installation voice, data, video, radio, electronic security, and industrial control systems/networks

  • Identify threats/hazards that could affect the mission's communications architecture and using this data to assess the vulnerability and risk to these assets

  • Perform single-point critical node analysis of an installation's telecommunications, other communications systems, computer networks including supporting infrastructure (security, power, heating-ventilation-air conditioning, fuel, fire protection, etc.) Provide recommendations to remediate or mitigate system vulnerabilities due to terrorist, manmade, and natural incidents

  • Review Communication plans, Defense Continuity Plans, and other associated plans and provide feedback to improve the documents

  • Prepare Assessment Team Reports based upon vulnerabilities observed during the assessment

  • Conduct other assessment areas defined by the Subject Matter Expert Benchmark matrix

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the military, other Federal Government, or comparable civilian position in Cyberspace operations

  • Must be able to travel up to 20%

  • Must have a Valid US Passport

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field, preferred; operational experience can serve as a substitute for degree requirement.

  • Must have Top Secret Clearance

Cadd Manager, manages and coordinates the daily activities, assignments, productivity of the CAD team to ensure operational and technical excellence

Ensures the implementation of Parsons Quality System on all drawings Develop, implement, and enforce CAD standards and provide production and provide CAD technical support Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions and provide training and supervision of in-house CAD users Maintain written technology evaluations for future software adoption and Interact on project standards coordination with clients Designing and preparing maps to display information furnished by infrastructure engineers Preparing and support any design drawings for bridge engineering purposes including general arrangement plans, detailed drawings, cross-sections, and steel connection details and reinforcement details. The Cadd Manager position requires the provision of expert of CAD support within a multidiscipline engineering and urban planning environment specifically in automated drafting support in preparing drawings, general arrangement plans, steel connections, reinforcement details and other outputs for the specific plans following the transportation and road/highway/transit design process. Perform frontend layouts and design drawings of complex roadway design projects and structural drafting.

Apply standard drafting and design principles to complete assignments; utilize technical manuals to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable standards, codes and client requirements; utilize advanced roadway design tools and software, including MicroStation, Autocad, ProjectWise, Civil3D, Inroads, Revit and Navisworks to prepare engineering drawings; provide guidance to CAD designer/drafters working on different projects; provide coordination of data to ensure designs are compatible; apply company design standards and methods and assist in establishment or revision of guidelines and standards; review supplier data and drawings and check 2D and 3D drawings; attend project meetings to discuss the available resources for the project deadlines;.

Requirements:

Requires 12 years of experience with the following:

Parsons is seeking Embedded Engineers with experience in C/C+ + and Linux systems to join our team of exceptional individuals. Qualified engineers will be required to participate in an Agile Scrum development life cycle including design, peer review, test support, and documentation of software.   • Developing embedded software on a Linux platform

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Environmental Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform field related activities including but not limited to collection of soil, surface water, biota and groundwater samples for laboratory analysis, and collection of soil for physical testing.

  • Assist with testing, calibrating, repairing, and modifying control and instrumentation systems at on-site locations. Some assignments may be undertaken independently.

  • Package, create chains of custody and transfer to courier or ship samples for laboratory analysis.

  • Maintain quality control standards and procedures for accurate and precise measurement and documentation.

  • Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred and 1-3 years of related work experience preferred (i.e., construction, environmental and/or geology background).

  • A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.

  • Familiarity with safety and environmental rules/regulations is preferred.

  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members

  • Mechanically inclined with experience operating and troubleshooting tools and equipment is a plus.

  • Completion of a 40-hour OSHA training course (with an annual 8-hour update) is required. Position will offer training to employee pre-employment, if needed.

  • Familiarity with fundamental tasks and testing techniques related to operations.

  • Ability to work in field environment: long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; lifting; recurring bending or similar activities. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs on a regular basis.

  • Willingness to work in the field in adverse weather conditions in fast-paced environment.

  • Basic proficiency with business writing, office automation and communication software, technology, and tools

  • Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing

Salary Range:

$14.66 - $24.95
