Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Employee Relations Sr. Consultant to join our team! As an Employee Relations Senior Consultant, you will be a key member of our centralized employee relations and compliance team. Your responsibilities will encompass handling sensitive and complex EEO and employee relations investigations, as well as addressing ethics matters. You'll engage with the Human Resources department and business leaders to provide guidance on conduct, workplace accommodations, and employee performance. Your role is crucial in ensuring a fair, equitable and consistent approach across the organization. You will have the opportunity to bring your expertise to the team and inform & impact our programs, processes, and development of the function. This position reports to the Director, Employee Relations & Compliance.

Our Chantilly, VA office is the ideal location for the position, but for the right candidate, hybrid and remote work options are available.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Utilize thorough and in-depth knowledge to consult with business leaders on employee behavior and performance issues, providing guidance and assistance in developing feedback and corrective actions that align with our company's practices.

• Conduct investigations, involving fact-gathering, analysis, and the application of relevant laws, policies, and past practices to make recommendations and influence management actions.

• Interpret and apply your deep understanding of corporate policies, employment law, and regulations to provide advice, guidance, and clarification for employee relations and performance inquiries.

• Collaborate with other human resources leaders and extended employee relations team on matters that may establish precedents or necessitate legal counsel.

• Develop, track, and maintain necessary documentation, including intake and investigative notes, supporting documents, disciplinary memos, and investigative summaries.

• Partner with business leaders, human resources, and management to support organizational change efforts and reductions in force, ensuring complete and compliant documentation.

• Collaborate with the employee relations and compliance team and talent leaders to review and analyze business data, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance business efficiency and performance.

• Collaborate closely with the Director, Employee Relations & Compliance to lead the team of investigators, develop and implement mitigation strategies, including outreach, education, training and policy and process changes.

• Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification for employee relations and performance inquiries.

• Participate in special Human Resources Operations and Program Management projects/programs as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or related field)

• 15+ years of demonstrated relevant functional experience.

• Deep experience in employee relations and governmental compliance programs

Job Description:

Environmental Field Technician - Jacksonville, FL area

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Environmental T echnician to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of routine remediation services, which includes assisting with field oversight of the remedial construction, daily/weekly reporting, weekly progress meetings, community air/noise monitoring and analytical sampling.

Position will involve being based on an active construction site, this position is for an individual to provide support to the On-site Construction Manager for task discussed above.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performs routine, and some non-routine tasks for remediation services.

• Collect samples and maintain documentation in record logs.

• Assists in testing, calibrating, repairing, and modifying control and instrumentation systems at on-site locations. Some assignments may be undertaken independently.

• Assists in preparing required field and office reports of various activities and findings. May initiate basic reports.

• Daily correspondence between engineering, project manager, and the client.

• Can follow sampling protocol, take precise notes, complete field data entry associated with the sampling event

• Prepare samples for shipment, complete chain-of-custody documentation

• Under general supervision, perform a variety of skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of a groundwater treatment plant

• Perform assigned treatment plant rounds; inspect, monitor, troubleshoot, test and document plant processes

• Perform air monitoring per plans

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience soil and water sampling and air monitoring

• Ability to work closely with various levels of personnel.

• Good communication skills.

• Completion of a 40-hour OSHA training course (with an annual 8-hour update) is required.

• Familiarity with fundamental tasks and testing techniques related to operations.

• Ability to work in field environment: long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; lifting; recurring bending or similar activities.

Job Description:

Ready for a challenge as a systems engineer that will let you influence the next generation of DoD radar systems? Parsons is seeking an experienced systems engineer to join a radar research and development team in the US Army C5ISR Center at Aberdeen, MD. As part of the Parsons team, you will work with radar subject matter experts and government stakeholders to understand the needs of future warfighters and guide development of current and experimental systems to better support these requirements. Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Administrator to join our team! In this role you will get to work with a small team of experts to build networks that simulate various real-world scenarios and support the networks while simulated threat actors attempt to breach the network security to test and improve security techniques and practices. The SA will support automation for quick deployment and redeployment of both physical and virtual systems as needed to support the simulation environments. Will additionally support other Unconventional Access programs in maintaining already existing networks as needed.

• Document system configurations and plans/procedures.

• Develop and implement network backup and recovery procedures.

• Develop, implement, and maintain automation to build/rebuild network environments.

• Diagnose network connectivity problems.

• Patch network vulnerabilities to ensure information is safeguarded against outside parties.

• Monitor network capacity and performance.

• Test and maintain network infrastructure including software and hardware devices.

• Conduct functional and connectivity testing to ensure continuing operability.

• Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.

• Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.

• Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures.

The team is seeking an experienced Precursor Targeting Analyst located in Sterling, VA , with a preferred background in all aspects of the illicit drug precursor chemical global supply chain to identify, detect, and monitor illicit narcotics trafficking and associated networks globally. Analyst will monitor behavior patterns and activities of Chemical precursors in order to develop drug trafficking organizations (DTO) tactics, techniques, and procedures for law enforcement use. The analyst will be required to identify, process, and profile illicit indicators associated with historic web-based IP communication transactions using a vast collection of information consisting of Intelligence Community (IC) data, Law Enforcement reporting, published papers, Signals intelligence, Geospatial Intelligence, as well as any other classified or unclassified information.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• TS/SCI Security Clearance required.

• Ability to perform analysis using multiple systems and indices; writing, editing or producing technical/ analytical products or reports; conduct research and analysis; data information management into a system of record.

• Experience with aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social media, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases)

• Three years in chemical precursor analysis. Must have a demonstrated ability to leverage unclassified and classified systems.

• Ability to develop and/or recommend complex analytic approaches to problems and situations including targeting methodologies

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:.
