JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position shall provide knowledgeable support for Lead Acid, NiZn, and Lithium battery technologies development as applied to Next Generation Submarine Battery (NGSB) Cells and Pressure Rescue Module (PRM) Cells. The NGSB Cells are defined as 500 Ah and larger and are components of 2,000 Ah batteries.
JOB DUTIES:
Assisting the Government in research, development, applicable vendor history, and identifying/correcting current technical issues associated with Submarine Batteries.
Assisting the Government in identification and review of Lithium (and other battery chemistries) Cells/Modules and string safety concerns as they apply to Navy applications with an emphasis on Submarine application. Safety concerns include, but are not limited to, topics such as thermal runaway, outgassing, venting and arc flash.
Participating in Battery dissections, which requires an expertise in recognizing various historical failure modes in grids, negative/positive active material, separators, seals and electrolyte.
Assisting the Government by advising in Battery market research, monitoring, and reporting, staying abreast of emerging companies and have awareness of consolidations, company stability/market share and raw supply issues that may impact Battery Manufacturing Capability.
Provide production engineering analysis of NGSB and PRM Cells and provide engineering recommendations to improve production capability in manufacturing of NGSB, PRM, Lead Acid, Lithium-Ion, NiZn, and other type of batteries.
Support also includes performing the following for Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS) for NGSB, PRM, Lithium-Ion, NiZn, and Lead Acid Batteries tasks:
Repair and Maintenance Actions
Inspecting Next Generation Submarines Batteries and Verify Tech Manuals
Submarine Battery Cells manufacturing plant process inspections
Communicate with Government and request approval for repair actions
Battery Module Refurbishments
The position shall assist with Engineering Investigations (EIs) on Battery dissections, Nickel Zinc, Lithium-Ion, Lead Acid, and other battery related tasks.
The position shall assist with Next Generation Submarine Battery development data analysis of Lithium Battery Cells and NiZn Battery cells. Also, the Contractor shall assist with Next Generation Submarine Battery Cells dissections (Lithium, Nickel Zinc, Lead Acid) and other battery related tasks.
The position shall provide quality assurance services for vendor's Next Generation Submarine Battery Cells (NiZn, Lithium, Lead Acid), PRM Cells, new production qualification testing support, Quality process documents reviews, and other manufacturing specifications process documents reviews and standards in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 or equivalent during the annual Quality Audits.

This position will provide engineering and technical support to USCENTCOM for the research, design, development, installation and related services for physical and electronic security systems and components. Physical and electronic security systems will include Bosch and Ademco systems.
Job Duties Include:
Review and prepare technical specifications for various security system components to interface, be repaired or be replaced on existing AMAG and Pelco systems
Coordinate, integrate and assist in the management of technical efforts being performed to ensure that identified needs are transformed into effective and life-cycle optimized systems.

This position is 100% travel aboard a Navy vessel.
The qualified candidate will live onboard the ship and provide full-time FSET support for the onboard IT and communications systems. The Systems Administrator will work directly with Navy crew members to maintain, patch, back up, and troubleshoot computers, phones, peripherals, servers, and networks.
Team members located at these sites shall support not only those specific geographical locations, but also all deployment sites within the RCC's Area of Responsibility (AOR) and other RCC as needed.

Oversee the DUSN(I&S)'s due diligence reviews and NCIS's CI reviews for SBIR/STTR Phase I, II, and III proposals, as appropriate.
Provide management oversight of a team of functional analysists conducting due diligence reviews.
Responsible for leading a team in the research and analysis of companies to identify patterns, concerns, or threats aiding in efforts to identify foreign intelligence entities and other adversarial threats to DON and DOD programs.
Maintain a high-level of product quality control before sharing results with DUSN(I&S) government for validation to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
Ensure due diligence reviews are completed in a timely fashion, typically 30-45 calendar days depending on the Phase.
Conduct counterintelligence assessments on potential SBIR/STTR vendors and proposals to identify potential foreign ownership, control, or influence, cybersecurity, and regulatory risks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as program managers, analysts, and other relevant parties to ensure that counterintelligence assessments are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and facilitate periodic Risk Mitigation Review Boards with key stakeholders as required.
Routinely produce an analytic product summarizing trends and threats from foreign entities to support SBIR/STTR elements.
Provide analytical support to agents, other analytical divisions, and NCIS leadership in support of related investigative and national security efforts. This Kessel Run team will support global Department of Defense/Air Force AOC operators who use fully-integrated, next generation software to plan, monitor, direct, execute, and assess Air Force, joint and coalition air campaigns in support of national and coalition objectives. They support AOC Block 20 modernized software, resilient IT platforms and databases, and other Air Force mission and communication suites. KRADOS, the Kessel Run All-Domain Operations Suite, is the backbone of AOC Block 20, and will be the team's primary support focus; the applications within KRADOS are connected by common data streams and supported by a hybrid cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have a proven ability to drive business results by creating and operationalizing data science and artificial intelligence products and solutions in support various customer missions within the Federal Government and other Public Sector organizations. You would support a variety of programs including but not limited to customer programs, IRAD projects and product development activities.
The Data Scientist role will work in a collaborative team-focused environment with technical understanding and practical application in prototyping, designing, and integrating niche tools which will be used in an analytical environment. This position will help progress, establish, incorporate, and advance current and promising concepts to inform tactical decision-making timelines. Responsibilities
Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties working out of a central warehouse
Helps coordinate physical distribution, order fulfillment, and inventory management and control
Uses computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting
Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment, packs/unpacks IT equipment
Identifies and researches delivery issues
Maintains inventory of stock
Create knowledge base articles to document procedures
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
High School and one (1) year of equivalent experience performing in a logistics support role
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust
Experience with ServiceNow
18 years of age or older
Ability to lift 40+ pounds
