Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (5) years or more experience.
Proven experience as a Speech Writer or in a similar role, preferably working with C-suite executives or senior leadership.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in different voices and styles.
Demonstrated ability to craft speeches for internal and external events .
Strong research skills with the ability to distill complex information into concise, impactful messages.
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion while working with sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Experience in corporate communications or public relations.
Familiarity with public speaking or media training is a plus.

Provide training to soldiers to ensure improve working knowledge of key systems such as MCIS, Enterprise Services and Tactical Command Systems to include capabilities, applications, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and operation in a network topology.

Current/Prior service as a 25-series Senior NCO, Technical Warrant Officer (255A, 255N), or Signal Officer (25A).
Experience in Army Tactical Communication Systems (WIN-T and TACSAT).

Advise and assist the FDE program manager on all facets of personnel staffing issues within their respective engineering section
Provide technical oversite and guidance for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), which includes flight test planning, weapon system effectiveness, post flight analysis, and modeling and simulation development.
Develop project task schedules, and weekly status reports.
Assign, oversee and participate in post flight analysis tasks such as booster and ballistic trajectory analysis, and isolation of individual accuracy error analysis.
Collect analysis and accuracy results into a final data review briefing and present to AFGSC officials and MMIII community.
Oversee the collection, maintenance, and analysis of a database of numerous flight test specific parameters including demonstrated accuracy results to identify trends, validate current analysis results and predict future results.
Provide technical review of FDE deliverables and approve responsible deliverables to the customer.
Provide highly specialized technical support for planning, conducting, and reporting on FDE deliverables and engineering activities.
Support staff development needs, teaming assignments, and integration of staff with respective IPTs
Foster integration and collaboration within the ICBM community and within the FDE engineering team.
Support project cost estimates for ODCs and travel estimates
Assist in managing and tracking of program milestones, schedule, and budget execution
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
. Must be a US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret security clearance
BS degree and 10 years or more of experience with ICBM launch operations, flight software and analysis tools
5 years of project management experience including project management specific tracking and reporting software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
Knowledge of the MMIII FDE requirements and AFGSC requirements.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with MMIII mission planning, trajectory analysis, and tool development
Minimum 5 years of experience with MMIII post flight accuracy and exo/endo atmospheric error isolation analysis including: guidance and control, geodetic & geophysical, separation, weather, ballistic coefficient and acceleration.
Proven leadership and management skills to lead complex programs/projects to completion
Excellent Communication/Coordination skills with project leaders and other professionals

CM Duties and Responsibilities:

NASA GRC is formulating a large cryo-fluid demonstration spacecraft. The team is led by a civil servant project manager and has a combined CS and contractor team. The Analyst provides Cybersecurity remediation through outreach to system owners and system administrators for the CIC, especially in Microsoft products and security systems, but also including other enterprise server & desktop operating systems enterprise applications, and in support of over 80,000 customers globally. The Cyber Security Analyst will:

Perform security reviews and identify security gaps in architecture. Make recommendations based on trend analysis to enhance monitoring and hygiene activities.

The SCI Security Specialist's primary function is to serve as a senior security specialist under supervision of the local Special Security Office (SSO). In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and Air Force directives, regulations and instructions, implements local policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient management for military, civilian and contractor personnel of SCI and collateral program functions including physical, personnel, information and industrial security. The position will provide -day-to-day- support for Collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities.
Performance shall include :
Formulates plans, policies, procedures and other documentation required to deal with the operation of SCI protection functions and activities IAW DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3, ICD 704/5, AFMAN 14- 304, AFI 16-1404/06 and AFI 31-501.
I nitially will be responsible for leading the team in building out the SCIF, will be responsible in ensuring that all TEMPEST requirements and other SCI/SCIF policies are followed.
Maintain and update the SCI Billet Structure (SCIBS) for the entire installation, and geographically separated Operating Locations. Process requests for changes to SCIBS, including analyzing requests to assure proper need-to-know justifications are enforced. Prepare SCIBS-related correspondence to appropriate agencies. Maintain and update Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) records for 1,000+ SCI indoctrinated personnel.

Ensure incident report is completed, coordinated and submitted to HQ for closure. Provide training and guidance on handling, safeguarding, marking classified material.
Verify and provide training for requests for SCI courier authorizations; issues those certifications.
Coordinate industrial security procedures as necessary. Review performance work statement (PWS) for SCI contracts and ensure a properly executed DD Form 254.
Upon receipt of indoctrination assist ensure DD Fm 254 is properly executed and coordinated with Unit Security Manager (USM) and local IP office.
Maintain hard/soft copies of DD Fm 254 along with personnel assigned to contract prior to indoctrination.
Develop and update personnel security responsibilities for Special Security Representatives (SSRs). Ensure SSRs are appropriately appointed, managed, and trained. Analyze and assess issues with SCI personnel security and proposes solutions that meet standards set by applicable regulations, directives and instructions.

The Vanguard 2.2.1 contract provides enterprise IT services to the Department of State (DOS) Diplomatic Technology Bureau. The contract currently has an opening for a Senior Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) system engineer. As a Senior PKI Engineer, you will be joining the team to participate and lead in managing, securing, engineering, and governing DOS's key and certificate management services, including supporting robust, enterprise-grade Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate lifecycle management (CLCM), infrastructure automation and credential management (CMS) systems. SAIC seeks a highly experienced and energetic Senior Software Engineer to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer.
Job Duties:
Responsible for responsive and coherent planning, development, and delivery of Upgraded Early Warning Radar systems and networks within the environments to identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
Responsible for code development and code deployment for the software version releases which modifies the software baseline of the BMEWS/PAVE PAWS ground-based radar sensors.
Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs application software.
Conducts analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting.
Ability to support system integration, test, development, and execution of various types of complex systems.
Develops technical solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Qualifications
Bachelors and nine plus (9+) years' relevant experience.Additional 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of education
Active Secret Clearance
A high degree of hands-on experience developing and repairing software code using C/C++, RHEL, and a moderate degree of understanding Java, Python and FORTRAN
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Participate in troubleshooting systems to resolve complex issues, interact, and coordinate with engineers responsible for sustaining operational and test systems

The qualified applicant will provide on-site support in Colorado Springs, CO to the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC), Multi-Domain Sensing Program (MDSP) with expertise in program planning and execution. The applicant will focus on program management-like activities in support of space system concept development (including resiliency, missile warning & tracking, and space-based target tracking), concept trade studies and assessments, and internal program coordination across all classification levels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist MDSP Director in program management efforts to include Statement of Work development, schedule and performance management and tracking, and cost tracking to include evaluating contractor monthly financial reports.
Assist MDSP Director in documenting study results, distilling material, and crafting narratives for senior leadership.
Manage annual workplan development in close coordination with MDSP Division Chiefs and the SWAC Integration Layer.
Track workplan execution across multiple contractor-led developments and produce decision-ready recommendations to enhance and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of proactive program integration and execution.
Collaborate in internal MDSP cross-team planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of program management and integration activities for multiple force designs.
Coordinate efforts internally and externally with multiple agencies/organizations.
Qualifications
Strong programmatic background
o Ability to work with the SWAC Biz ops team to put efforts on contract (including source selection) and develop supporting documentation; actively manage cost, schedule and performance; aggregate and generate monthly financial reports for each contracted effort.
o Experience: 10+ years in program management role with direct experience putting efforts on contract and managing cost, schedule and performance.
o CertificationsS: PM/system engineering certifications (Commercial or Government, desired PM Level II).
o Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
o Familiarity with classified networks and systems.
o Familiarity with the entire Title 10/50 space architectures.
o Ability to decompose and articulate thoughts in chart or narrative form, and to quickly develop programmatic and informational content in support of the MDSP Director.
o Ability to aggregate contractor deliverables and generate high quality, professional charts and documents that can be communicated to senior leadership.
o Ability to clearly communicate Director's intent to other Programs or SWAC personnel, as well as to articulate and translate programmatic content into leadership-level decision making products.
o Technical understanding of how space systems operate in different orbital regimes.
