Responsibilities and Duties:
You will join a team to maintain, assemble, and install complex server racks and workstations.
You will collaborate with the project lead, government engineers to assist in sustainment and assembly, and the Configuration Management (CM) team to develop procedures, processes, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).

SAIC is looking for a Program Acquisition Budget Analyst to provide dedicated Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Nuclear Enterprise Support Directorate, Mission Assurance Division. The Program Analyst provides program planning and execution advice and assistance support to the division leadership and administrative support to the Balanced Survivability Assessment (BSA) Program. This is onsite position and the work will be performed at Fort Belvoir.
This position oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between government project management and planning, and project execution. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsible for ensuring project requirements and responsibilities are being accomplished, including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility into project execution.
Primary duties include:
Develop and coordinate Spend Plans.
Provide assistance/expertise in drafting procurement documentation (e.g., Statements of Work/Performance Work Standards, Contract Data Requirements Lists, CLINS, etc.).
Assist in the financial monitoring, oversight and reporting (e.g., personnel travel; tracking commitments, obligations and expenditures; contractor cost data, burn rates, trends, shortfalls, etc.).
Assist/advise the Program Managers (PM) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with annual closeout procedures.
Execute day-to-day coordination with the assigned government Contracting financial analyst to provide accurate accounting of expenditures, obligations, unliquidated obligations, and real-time financial data.
Prepare briefs to senior leaders as required.
Address requests for information from agencies / offices internal and external to DTRA.
Attend Mission Assurance senior level meetings and other operational sync meetings.
Assist in management and reporting of MA Programs.

Qualifications
The candidate must have a detailed financial background, understanding of DoD Financing and programs with significant funding flows. They need to be able to keep track of records to include MIPRs, DTS/travel, contracts financing, etc. The candidate should have an accounting and budgeting background. They will need to be able to track spend plan actions across the divisions.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of experience; Master's Degree and four (4) years of experience.

The Spacecraft Electrical Integration and Test Engineer will support a program office for a Major System Acquisition that requires an engineer with technical expertise in spacecraft electrical engineering. The Sponsor's office is responsible for building and operating a hybrid-cloud mission infrastructure and services, hosting COTS, GOTS, and custom applications. SAIC is seeking a Flight Test & Evaluation Administrator to support the Air Force Research Lab at Eglin AFB, FL. This role is responsible for coordinating with engineering teams, test ranges, and regulatory boards to plan and execute UAV flight tests of munition components. It requires administrative work to maintain airworthiness and comply with regulations required for conducting flight tests.
Specifically, this applicant will work with Sensor and Sensor algorithm research teams to gain flight test approval for the flight test of UAS carrying sensor and computer payloads on the Eglin Test Range and other locations where data collection opportunities present themselves. The applicant would work with the AFRL/DO flight test approval office, 96th Test Wing, and other organizations to gain flight test approval. The flight test approval processes vary depending on mission and location, but the applicant should expect to interact with safety processes, range control/scheduling processes, RF transmission processes, and UAS policy adherence processes.
Prior experience in Air Force test and evaluation is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have significant experience implementing Air Force instructions for flight test safety and planning including preparing and presenting flight test plans, technology readiness reviews, and safety reviews. Also desired is knowledge of part 107 and 135 regulations. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to perform preparation of rations, cleaning of food preparation areas, animal enclosures and commons areas, as well as maintaining and cleaning specialized equipment.
Job Duties Include:
Personnel are also responsible for the operation and maintenance of small watercraft.
Personnel perform feeding and administration of food supplements, perform observation of marine mammals, and assist with basic husbandry.

As part of an integrated military function the MMA1 performs tasks related to the care and training of marine mammals for specific marine mammal projects.

Job Duties:
Leads and supports all phases of simultaneous IT projects, as well as the transition to sustainment activities while communicating statuses, issues, and their resolutions.
Conducts requirements analysis to gather and refine technical and process-oriented requirements for assigned projects.
Assesses and develops draft project documentation for newly approved IT projects
Ensures satisfactory performance to schedule, cost, quality, communications, risks, and other project requirements through continuous monitoring and control
Collaborates and briefs stakeholders on project status, risks, and concerns throughout project execution

SAIC is looking for a Marine Mammal Assistant for our King's Bay, GA location . In this role, the successful candidate will be required to perform preparation of rations, cleaning of food preparation areas, animal enclosures and commons areas, as well as maintaining and cleaning specialized equipment.
Job Duties Include:
Personnel are also responsible for the operation and maintenance of small watercraft.
Personnel perform feeding and administration of food supplements, perform observation of marine mammals, and assist with basic husbandry.
The personnel in this position may be trained to become a designated secondary handler for specific animals.
As part of an integrated military function the MMA1 performs tasks related to the care and training of marine mammals for specific marine mammal projects.
Must be able to obtain an interim secret level security clearance prior to starting work.
This position will require scuba diving. Advanced scuba skills are a plus.
Job will require working outdoors, on boats in adverse weather conditions.
All new hires will have to pass a swim & dive test in addition to possessing at minimum, a basic scuba certification.
Personnel must be able to work flexible work hours (shift work) including weekends and holidays.
A requirement for this position includes the ability to travel with animals for extended periods of time anywhere in the world, to include potentially harsh environmental and high risk locations, within 72 hours' notice.

Must be able to successfully pass a Maritime Vessel Operation Color Blind Test as dictated by the contract.

Operational and navigation experience on small boats (30' or under), OR

Advanced scuba diving certifications (i.e. dive master, instructor, commercial diver certification, 1st or 2nd class Navy Diver classification), and current First Aid and CPR certification, OR
Two (2) years of college and 3 months experience as a marine mammal custodian.
Clearance requirements:
Must be able to obtain an interim secret level security clearance prior to starting work.
US Citizenship is required to meet the security requirements for this contract.

Job Description: SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to serve as the contractor Deputy to the Product Manager (PdM) within the Marine Corps Acquisition workforce. As a Deputy PdM, you will assist the Product Manager in overseeing the development, production, and sustainment of a defense acquisition program related to loitering munitions. You will help to ensure that the program meets the requirements of our warfighters while adhering to cost, schedule, performance, and risk management parameters. Location of work is Quantico, VA.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Product Manager in planning, directing, and managing the program across its life cycle.
Help lead/manage cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, financial management, and contract management to drive program success.
Support the development of acquisition strategy and oversee its execution, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition policies and directives.
Participate in the definition of system requirements and ensure that technical solutions align with these requirements.
Help manage program budget and resources, and prepare program status reports.
Contribute to risk and opportunity management efforts, proposing risk mitigation strategies as needed.
Assist in the preparation and review of acquisition documents, including the Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, and acquisition-related briefings.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, and concerns are addressed promptly.
Oversee test and evaluation strategies to validate system requirements.
Facilitate meetings and reviews, including Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), design reviews, and program management reviews.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree and 18 years of related experience.

Experience in defense acquisition, with progressive responsibility and at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated knowledge of the DoD 5000 acquisition process, policies, and guidelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Desired Skills:
