Job Description: SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to serve as the contractor Deputy to the Product Manager (PdM) within the Marine Corps Acquisition workforce. As a Deputy PdM, you will assist the Product Manager in overseeing the development, production, and sustainment of a defense acquisition program related to loitering munitions. You will help to ensure that the program meets the requirements of our warfighters while adhering to cost, schedule, performance, and risk management parameters. Location of work is Quantico, VA.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Product Manager in planning, directing, and managing the program across its life cycle.
Help lead/manage cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, financial management, and contract management to drive program success.
Support the development of acquisition strategy and oversee its execution, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition policies and directives.
Participate in the definition of system requirements and ensure that technical solutions align with these requirements.
Help manage program budget and resources, and prepare program status reports.
Contribute to risk and opportunity management efforts, proposing risk mitigation strategies as needed.
Assist in the preparation and review of acquisition documents, including the Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, and acquisition-related briefings.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, and concerns are addressed promptly.
Oversee test and evaluation strategies to validate system requirements.
Facilitate meetings and reviews, including Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), design reviews, and program management reviews.
Support the Product Manager in engagements with senior leadership and external agencies.
Ensure that best practices in engineering, production, and sustainment are applied throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree and 18 years of related experience.
Required Skills:
Experience in defense acquisition, with progressive responsibility and at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated knowledge of the DoD 5000 acquisition process, policies, and guidelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Ground Fires and Close Air Support systems, operations and doctrine.
Experience with loitering munitions and their control/C2.

The Air Force and Combatant Commands Business Group of SAIC is seeking a Windows Engineer to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.

DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in the entire lifecycle process, from technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure, through to application/product delivery. This individual ensures that system operating systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and regulations. The successful candidate will be managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running Windows operating systems. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to perform preparation of rations, cleaning of food preparation areas, animal enclosures and commons areas, as well as maintaining and cleaning specialized equipment.
Job Duties Include:
Personnel are also responsible for the operation and maintenance of small watercraft.
Personnel perform feeding and administration of food supplements, perform observation of marine mammals, and assist with basic husbandry.

As part of an integrated military function the MMA1 performs tasks related to the care and training of marine mammals for specific marine mammal projects.

SAIC is currently hiring for a VMware Solutions Engineer to help support the Army's Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) program at Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Job Duties:
Design and architect VMware solutions, including vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, NSX, Horizon, and VMware Aria Suite, to meet organizational requirements.
Develop and manage templates and snapshots for rapid deployment and efficient provisioning of virtual machines.
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of VMware environments.
Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using VMware Aria Suite and VMware Orchestrator.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide technical support to resolve issues related to VMware environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems, including connectivity, performance, and compatibility issues.
Collaborate with helpdesk and other IT teams to ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
Implement security best practices to protect VMware environments, including access controls, encryption, and antivirus measures.

Job Duties:
Leads and supports all phases of simultaneous IT projects, as well as the transition to sustainment activities while communicating statuses, issues, and their resolutions.
Conducts requirements analysis to gather and refine technical and process-oriented requirements for assigned projects.
Assesses and develops draft project documentation for newly approved IT projects
Ensures satisfactory performance to schedule, cost, quality, communications, risks, and other project requirements through continuous monitoring and control
Collaborates and briefs stakeholders on project status, risks, and concerns throughout project execution
Supports and executes Request for Change (RFCs) through the CCoE and/or G6 change management processes
Develops and maintains all project documents, knowledge, and artifacts within a project knowledge system to support consolidated project summary
Compiles an archive of project information as part of project closure, capturing and preserving lessons learned within a knowledge archive
