SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Thread Architect to join our energized Engineering Innovation Factory Team of digital engineers to define and build the Digital Engineering Ecosystem; a packaged digital thread solution that fuels the Digital Engineering Transformation across our entire industry. As part of our Engineering Innovation Factory Team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of visionary and innovative technical solutions for our Digital Thread platform. This role will include hands-on writing of technical business processes, data models, use cases and supporting technical execution. The candidate will work closely with our Chief Architect and Project Manager to architect solutions and identify the resources needed for execution.

The ideal candidate will have a history of leading and developing technical solutions by applying systems engineering, systems modeling, product lifecycle management, modeling and simulation, and related techniques, tools, and methodologies to construct, steward, curate, and leverage end-to-end digital content for internal and client programs.

Candidates will provide strategic assessment, resource gap, and policies support including:

• Assist the CMSO's coordination with organizations across the DAF provide cost, schedule, standards, accreditation, technical, and performance assessments supporting the Department of the Air Force M&S strategy and future DAF Ecosystem evolution and investment. Develop briefings and background papers to identify potential impacts and proposed courses of action.

• Assist and support CMSO's efforts to identify and prioritize Department of the Air Force Ecosystem gaps. • Assist and support CMSO's efforts in the development, integration, propagation, and enforcement of M&S policies, guidance, rules, and standards.

• Assist with facilitating the integration of best practices via access to M&S related knowledge and resources. Develop processes to identify, define, assess current/ emerging standards for DAF. Nominates, review, and provide recommendations on standards needing to be included in the DoD Information Technology standards Registry and a DAF Standards Profile of approved/recommended standards.

• Participate in national/international industry standards organizations (SISO, OMG, etc.) to inform development of M&S related standards.

• Support government lead for the DAF M&S Standards Cross-functional team executing standards related tasks such as development/ curation of DAF M&S standards profile, updates to DAF M&S Standards policy.

Responsibilities include:

Execute the duties and responsibilities as a member of the ESOC at the DOS Information Resources Management bureau.

• Architect, design, and deploy enterprise-level cloud-based solutions for hosting, backup, off-site data replication and service level capacity solutions.

• Test Microsoft local services support on Stack HCI such as print services, domain controllers, VDI (if available) and validation of network connective performance, data transfer performance, and key Azure Services.

SAIC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Cyber Security Analyst. The successful candidate will provide support to the Cybersecurity Integrity Center (CIC) in the Department of State Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM). Duties are in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area ( 30% in downtown D.C; 70% in Beltsville, MD) . The CIC supports cybersecurity monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and infrastructure remediation within and across all of the State Department's information technology (IT) infrastructure. The CIC coordinates and collaborates with other State Department bureaus as well as other organizations within the Federal Government, and commercial partners.

Work is performed onsite 3+ days/week in a 24x7x365 operation and shifts available are to be determined.

Description of Duties:

The Senior Cyber Security Analyst provides Cybersecurity remediation through outreach to system owners and system administrators for the CIC, especially in Microsoft products and security systems, but also including other enterprise server & desktop operating systems enterprise applications, and in support of over 80,000 customers globally. The Cyber Security Analyst will:

• Apply preventive measures, system monitoring, and data analysis.

• Apply sound technical and management principles to identify and remediate cybersecurity --vulnerabilities across the State Department global IT enterprise infrastructure.

• Perform Cybersecurity remediation through outreach to system owners and system administrators.

• Apply organizational and process change principals.

• Monitor the release of new Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) and inform stakeholders.

• Evaluate system performance results, response to incidents/problems, perform risk assessments, and evaluate performance metrics.

Responsibilities include:

The individual in this position will provide fleet deployment training program policy and standards analysis support and serve as an action officer for the USFF Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7). Program analysts have experience at the senior level including supervisory experience. Program analysts, in general, review program (specific) data, evaluate program plans/changes and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior-level, civilian and military stakeholders. They are able to analyze program information, strategize plans, produce quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively present the results in a clear and concise manner when required. This position is fully awarded for immediate hire. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) position provides high level guidance and is overall responsible for technical aspects of the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure cross functional teams deliver value to NAVAIR PMA-251's Marine Aviation Data Management System (MADMS) development project. • Coordinate with appropriate OLW TT members to prepare required reports, staff actions, point-papers, talking points, and all other staff products in support of but not limited to the following activities of NWDC OLW:

• Assist in the development of the scenario, road to crisis, operational environment and specific storylines that ensure the Commander' s training objectives are accomplished.

• Assist government representatives in debrief of OLW exercises in accordance with appropriate measures of effectiveness (MOE) using USFF established Navy Mission Essential Task Lists (NMETL).

• Participate in the development of the AARs based on observations of the training audience during exercise execution.

• Develop and maintain MOC levels of performance, readiness assessment and feedback standards, as well as associated standard metrics (training proficiency observations (TPO), training proficiency evaluations (TPE), training proficiency assessments (TPA), mission training assessments (MTA), and mission assessments (MA)) for entry into the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) and the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of operational integration of processed/fused Intelligence Community based documents, assessments, Intelligence Briefings, operational reports and Intelligence databases for blue and red forces to support and meet exercise training objectives.

• Develop exercise products from processed/fused Intelligence Community based documents, assessments, Intelligence Briefings, operational reports and Intelligence data bases.
