This position is in support of the Department of State (DOS) as a part of the Vanguard 2.2.1 contract. The candidate will be responsible for the development of Virtualization solutions utilizing VMWare and Cloud technologies. The candidate will research, analyze, evaluate and integrate as necessary new and emerging technologies in order to find ways to deliver a superior IT environment to the bureaus in a cost effective and secure manner. The candidate will support the continuing goal of incorporating these innovative technologies into the Department's equipment modernization program.
Description of Duties
Execute the duties and responsibilities as a member of the System Integrity Office (SIO).
Design, integrate, and deploy VMWare IT solutions.
Provide operational engineering support to enterprise-level solutions using virtual server hosting, backup solutions, off-site data replication and service level storage solutions.
Provision Virtual Machines and patches to the software and hardware hosting infrastructure.
Participate in on-call after-hours support rotation, responding to support calls after-hours/weekends/holidays/shutdowns.
Update system and process documentation and user guides as needed diagrams and SOPs as needed.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
BS and 9+ years of related experience; Masters and 7+ years; Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
VMWare and vSphere design, integration and deployment.
Knowledge or Training on VMware and ESX 6.0+ deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
Experience leading system integration projects as the technical lead.
Experience working with customers to capture/document requirements.

To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. To ensure these training needs are met, the FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at the FAA Academy and FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories.
The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.
The candidate selected for this position will support onsite training requirements as a Casual, ATC Tower Instructor-II, at the FAA Academy, in Oklahoma City, OK.
The CTS Academy Instructor-II is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to effectively and consistently deliver the highest quality training to a wide variety of developmental air traffic control students.

We are looking for an experienced, ATCT (Tower) Air Traffic Control Instructor to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK , supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. To ensure these training needs are met, the FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at the FAA Academy and FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories.

SAIC is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to support the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) as part of a cross-functional Department of Navy (DON) team charged with developing, implementing, and overseeing the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) / Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Due Diligence process.
Job duties include:
In coordination with NCIS, NIA OCEA-N, and ONI, support, develop, and contribute to the comprehensive review of SBIR/STTR proposals and associated vendors. The expected workload requires 2,000 reviews and written inputs per year.
Perform research and analysis of companies to identify patterns, concerns, or threats aiding in efforts to identify foreign intelligence entities and other adversarial threats to DON and DOD programs.
Annually produce an analytic product summarizing trends and threats from foreign entities to supported SBIR/STTR elements.
Within policy and law, and in collaboration with Naval Intelligence Activity (NIA) Office of Commercial and Economic Analysis-Navy (OCEA-N) and Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), establish a process to continually monitor previously assessed companies for new or developing foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) concerns.
Provide analytical support to agents, other analytical division, and NCIS leadership in support of related investigative and national security efforts. Identify trends and actions of intellectual property theft and technology transfer investigated by NCIS, and provide informational briefings outlining findings to facilitate the DON efforts to prevent such theft/loss.

Description
SAIC is actively seeking a Training Analyst to join our team in Fort Knox, KY. The Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate and manage meeting and event calendars for the Director, Deputy Director, and Division chiefs of the Army JROTC Directorate HQ.
Coordinate and manage the Army JROTC Directorate's operations calendar. Set-up and schedule major Directorate and JROTC program calendar meetings and major training events.,
Develop and update Directorate and Brigade JROTC contact rosters to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc. for all JROTC military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Coordinate with Brigade JROTC offices for this task.
Assist with coordination and preparation to conduct several JROTC training and certification courses. This will include planning, coordinating and supporting the pre-course management, the conduct of the course, and course closeout activities.
Assist with developing and maintaining training participant rosters; coordinating and distributing course welcome materials; maintaining course schedules and associated adjustments; Uses JROTC Command Information Management System (JCIMS) to track and export instructors status report; creates and maintains an independent roster database of the instructors attending the JROTC School of Cadet Command (JSOCC) courses; maintains emergency contact information; synchronization of transportation requirements in support of training iterations; and develops and delivers training completion certificates.
Seek process Improvements/redesign for this coordination and training effort.
Assist as needed with classroom preparation for training and class facilitation.
Serve as back-up facilitator for various JROTC briefings and training products; should be comfortable in front of a classroom of senior Army Officers and NCOs.
Serve as part of the Army JROTC briefing team for program information provided to perspective Instructors.
Serve as back-up for coordination and preparation of Army JROTC Instructor training rosters and training calendars.
Assist with updating unit management and POM data and information, organizational maps and reports. and annual training guidance.
Assist with updating and filing of the Directorate's Functional Analysis files. Coordinate with the JROTC Directorate teams and G5 Directorate to coordinate updates and filing.
