SAIC is seeking an Acquisition Systems Engineer to support SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide program management and technical engineering support to the Government customer to manage multi-INT applications; evaluate cost, performance, schedule, and risks throughout the program life-cycle
Assist and advise Government managers responsible for acquisition and operation of a variety of Cloud-based developments.
Provide program management analysis and documentation supporting engagements with developers, including developing technical roadmaps, acquisition strategies and the documentation to implement them.
Provide SIGINT technical expertise to support the planning of future systems and architectures, and oversight of development contractors
Guide SIGINT technical and programmatic interchanges; identify and resolve issues; and provide engineering and technical advice to the customer to achieve innovative capabilities for automated multi-INT collection orchestration and sensemaking.
Derive enterprise, system, functional, performance, and interface level requirements and work with the team to develop the corresponding documentation
Apply systems analysis and design methodology assessments to identify technical debt, architectural runway, and efficiency trade-offs against current and proposed/desired cloud-based software system design
Support agile process evolution across Government teams, development contractors, user engagement teams, and stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline and 9 year total experience (or an MS degree and 7 years or a PhD and 4 years)
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Expertise and experience with the IC acquisition cycle, requirements processes, budgetary practices, and acquisition documentation
Knowledge related to managing technical, cost and schedule performance of software development programs
Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high-tempo environment
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
Job Description
. Performs day-to-day execution of asset accountability, as part of the enterprise-wide IT Asset Management Program IAW with DCSA and DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices.
. Ensures equipment and software installed on DCSA networks are licensed and obtains written permission from DCSA TPOC for any that do not have an available license.
. Tracks and manages licenses for systems, devices, applications, and software on network and compute infrastructure and production environments.
. Monitors and maintains the equipment license requirements/renewal data depository document (DEL 138) that records and tracks all information pertinent to the lifecycle maintenance of the product (vendor name, software name and version, number of authorized users and/or devices covered, licensing fees, commencement, and expiration date, etc.).
. Provides early notification and coordination with the FEDSIM COR and the DCSA TPOC and appropriate resource advisor of upcoming expirations of maintenance, warranty, or license agreements within 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 days.
. Delivers licenses for installation on devices and systems prior to license expiration.
. Tracks all endpoint devices and assets for inventory management including what is in use, where it is deployed or located, how it is configured, responsible individual, serial number (or other identifying information), bar tag, and inventory status.
. Assists service delivery team with completing Service Request tickets and deploying assets to end-users.
. Maintains up-to-date equipment inventory lists (DEL 139) and system data.
. Maintains all non-user-based IT equipment inventory, including network printers and VTC components in conference rooms.
. Performs lifecycle management duties as assigned including reporting and maintaining version currency, vendor/ manufacturer maintenance, property receipt, inventory control, equipment staging and distribution, warranty repair coordination, erasure and cleansing, and transfer or destruction of hardware assets.

SAIC is looking for an experienced, Full-time, ATC Training Lab Manager to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team providing Air Traffic Controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the New York TRACON (N90), located in Westbury, NY.
Job Description
The Lab Manager assists in the overall administration of ATC training simulation exercises/scenarios. The Lab Manager will coordinate with the appropriate Course Manager or Lead Instructor(s) and may be responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of the contractor personnel providing support under this contract.
The Lab Manager responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Developing and maintaining a lab schedule and being the focal point for lab scheduling changes
Ensuring lab equipment is ready for use as transcribed in the schedule
The schedule must include start and stop times for scenarios, and the specific data inputs required for initiating simulation exercises.
Monitoring training positions for proper operation of equipment and notifying the appropriate office of any equipment malfunctions.
Supporting Scenario Development.
Maintaining the operation of the lab at the facility
Configuring/changing the lab to meet specific training requirements
Managing lab training files
Planning, coordinating, scheduling and directing operations and resources for training simulation labs

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 Air Traffic Controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day. To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor- provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified Air Traffic Controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.

Job Description
The Lab Manager assists in the overall administration of ATC training simulation exercises/scenarios. SAIC's National Security and Space (NSS) Sector is currently seeking a Optical Engineer for a customer within the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in Chantilly, VA. The Optical Engineer works with other government and contractor team members in a challenging work environment supporting the NRO acquisitions lifecycle and systems engineering & integration, while delivering mission excellence to programs of national importance. The Senior Systems Administrator is a crucial part in SAIC's mission to delivery leading solutions, capabilities, and resources to our customers in National Security, Defense, Federal/Civilian, and other organizations. As a member of the Classified IT Operations teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day and continuous administration, monitoring, and compliance of classified network(s), systems, and services in accordance with customer-defined frameworks (i.e. RMF/NIST800-171).

As the focal point in the Operational Status and needs of the systems/networks/services you Administer, you will be expected to not only provide regular updates (written and in-person), but effectively team with management and stakeholders to plan and execute on pending needs. Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for IT Infrastructure operations of assigned/designated work locations and networks as measured by operational uptime/reliability, performance, and compliance.
Monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting of network firewalls, switches, routers, VoIP Phones and other associated network hardware and software.
Provide infrastructure support for other IT-related services.
Coordination, Execution, and/or Support for activities through all corporate interfaces (Security, ITO Directorates) and lifecycles (e.g. new or updated software, maintenance, changes in policies or procedures, integration of existing hardware/software).
Identifies areas requiring product improvement, and engages with team members to design, implement, and verify improvement efforts (e.g. upgrades and hardware or software engineering change orders resulting in the desired performance improvement/compliance mitigation)

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience or Masters and 3 years related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5-10 years' experience in Systems Engineering, Administration, or a related role with applicable skills/experience.
Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
Experience administrating/engineering management of networked deployments of Windows Server/Workstation and Linux Operating systems
Experience managing Identity and Authentication solutions including Active Directory (incl. Group Policy Management), PKI, Multi-Factor Authentication.
Experience implementing and maintaining systems governed under Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST 800-53 implementations in secure environments.
Prior experience reviewing, understanding, and implementing network and security protocols and methods (i.e. 802.1x, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls, IPSEC/TLS, et al) with familiarity of Cisco and Juniper technologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, harden and validate compliance across hardware, software, and application layers implementations to satisfy requirements while maintaining functional/operational performance.
Demonstrated knowledge/experience working with VMWare hypervisors and architecture and other infrastructures at various levels of convergence (traditional, converged, and hyper-converged).
