SPACEPORT INTEGRATION MANAGER (CAPE)
As a Spaceport Integration Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating spaceport development with all external and internal departments at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) and Kennedy Space Center (KSC). You will be a face to customers and multiple government entities for the launch site. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring ground systems and flight hardware (rockets and payloads) are compliant with requirements for hazardous operations on-base, maintaining launch site certification, pushing back on unnecessary requirements, and streamlining existing processes. This role will be a critical enabler for the 2024 manifest increase as we streamline our regulatory requirements and processes, and with the addition of Starship pads at the Cape.
You will represent SpaceX to the Range and our government customers. This includes maintaining a strong relationship with Range Safety to ensure we obtain and maintain approval for all hazardous operations. You will need to ensure we maintain launch site certification with the USSF, NASA, and NRO government customers. Lastly, you will represent SpaceX to Range and KSC leadership, directly supporting the Site Director, to ensure that SpaceX is fully coordinated at all levels on-base to enable tactical and strategic needs at the launch site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Function as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the Range. You will be the owner of all Range requirements and safety documentation. Will include regular recurring tag ups to drive continuous progress.
Function as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for our government customers. Manage government customer certification requirements and change for all launch site ground systems (Starship, F9, pads, and Dragon).
Communicate the strategic direction of SpaceX including launch manifest, construction, standards, safety, and security measures to ensure effective and timely approval, support, & execution with customers and the Range.
Manage conflicts that arise with tactical execution with the base and base leadership and other launch providers.
Actively streamline the launch process for safe and reliable, robust, rapid and cost-effective launch by challenging requirements and typical timelines/cost.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or science with 5+ years of industry experience.
5+ years of technical project management experience.
4+ years of experience working hands-on with hardware or software technical projects.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Professional experience with launch vehicle integration or pad operations.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Successfully negotiating complex agreements or issues to resolution.
Demonstrated technical aptitude for the products you have supported.
Regulatory compliance experience, specifically with tailoring requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional team and external customers.
Highly detail oriented, diligent, hard working.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to pursue a clearance if not already cleared with Top Secret or Top Secret SCI. Note that an active clearance may provide the opportunity for you to work on sensitive SpaceX missions. If so, you will be subject to pre-employment drug and random drug and alcohol testing.
Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations.
Must be willing to travel to other SpaceX offices, vendors, and customers as necessary (Occasional travel, approximately 5%).
Occasionally exposed to work in extreme outdoor environments - heat, cold, rain, ice.
Ability to work in extreme environments - heat, cold, rain, fumes, odors, and noise.
Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.

SECURITY ANALYST
We are a target of both nation states and actors focused on brand destruction. Information drives our business and we must protect against unauthorized changes, improper destruction, loss, or theft of that information. Finally, it is paramount that we defend against loss of control or confidence in our systems in order to guarantee the highest probability of mission success. SpaceX Information Security Analysts are responsible for analyzing and responding to threats directed at our environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support SpaceX as our front line responder by identifying, triaging, and remediating security detections and anomalies.
Assess newly published vulnerabilities and attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to identify possible defensive measures to locate and stop threat actors.
Provide incident response support as a key stakeholder. Collaborate with SpaceX engineering teams to proactivity improve and secure systems from future attacks.
Operate and help mature playbooks to protect SpaceX people, missions, and assets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

INTERNAL FLEET DRIVER - WEEKDAY NIGHTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support loading, driving, and unloading of flight, non-flight, fabrication, and tooling items between SpaceX sites at Cape Canaveral
Safely load trucks at pickup points and transport truckload to destination following the rules of the road at all times
Safely load and unload trucks at designated drop off points
Responsible for ensuring truckload contents are secure for safe and undamaged delivery to destination
Responsible for scanning barcodes meeting business WMS requirements
Review all documentation for correct items to be delivered as well as precise delivery area
Maintain all applicable documents (paperwork) related to items being delivered to ensure they are not damaged during delivery
Monitor service records of the vehicle when driving and report all problems to manager immediately
Responsible for the cleanliness of vehicle and refueling when low
In case of emergency contact immediate supervisor and provide detailed information to remedy issue
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
2+ years of professional commercial driving experience
1+ years of professional forklift experience
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Counter-balance sit-down forklift experience
Material handling and heavy-haul driving experience (over 26k GVW)
Experience driving for a high volume manufacturing environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (FALCON & DRAGON) - WEEKEND DAYS
This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between all ancillary input and output organizations to ensure that components and assemblies flow smoothly through the production areas to meet stringent deadlines and quality standards.

Construction Project Manager, Launch Pad at SpaceX

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER, LAUNCH PAD
The Construction Project Manager coordinates all on-site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest level of quality and supervising all trade and field personal, while also administering good construction safety practices with all on site activities. They also maintain the job site and close out the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to the original plans and specifications
Maintain the construction schedule, identify and solve problems
Coordinate material and equipment deliveries and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the construction process
Understand the project plans, specifications and SpaceX construction purchasing systems
Maintain a positive relationship with the SpaceX end user, contractors, suppliers, and other SpaceX employees
Communicate changes in schedule and supervises completion of the final punch list including general site cleanup
Promote job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately
Hold weekly -tail gate- job safety meeting with the on-site contractors, vendors and suppliers
Ensure all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy
Responsible for safety and security coordination for upcoming construction projects
Perform onsite surveying including layout and as-builts
Responsible for obtaining and auditing contractor daily reports, staying ahead of budget, and communicating change orders
Maintain an organized job site and on-site construction -office-
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience in the construction industry
Experience with construction of concrete/steel infrastructure or land development
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of successful project management, supervision and expediting experience
Experience managing multiple projects and working all phases of construction
Bachelor's degree in construction management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects
Self-starter, highly motivated and goal oriented
Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality
Organized with a systematic approach to task to achieve accuracy and efficiency
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities
Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints

Potential to be exposed to work in extreme outdoor environments - heat, cold, rain
Ability to stand for extended periods

STARLINK COUNTRY GROWTH MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own growth of active consumer subscriber base in a specific country

3+ years of consulting, project management, marketing, or early-stage company experience
Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Greek
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in management, engineering, or supply chain
8+ years of relevant work experience in go-to-market, growth, international operations, consulting, software, internet and/or media industries, or early stage companies
2+ years of managerial experience leading teams and developing direct reports
Distinctive business judgment and top communication skills
Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
